Since I understand chinese I do not want to bad mouth this place but the older cashier has some problems. She is rude and she has to add lip every time I go as if I done something to her. I am to a point where I do not feel comfortable or sensible to buy food here even though I want to support small business. She has some ego problem but the fact she has to say something rude or comment is not part of the bill. She should just take the order and collect the money and be quiet. P.S. I stop going here I use other roast pork places near by. She gave me a reason to go try other places.
The authentic Cantonese style. Can't go wrong with the traditional clay pot rice. The portion is not as big for four people. It serve for two people only. The eel rice is tender with churchy rice at the bottom.The BBQ squid is the best with the BBQ meats. The chicken and roasted park is not dry. The meat has perfect size of it. Not too salty too.
I just had my breakfast here. foods are ok. What actual matter was my bill is 24$ I paid them 30$ Included Tips. I mean I would like to leave more tips only if the service is good. After I walked out up to 21ave, the waiter ran immediately behind me and questioning me “not enough tips, not enough up to the minimum tips of 15%”. Lmao, very disappointing for mandated tipping. I finally got her 2$ more, she finally walked away from me.

This place is a scam. I ordered a pound of roast pork and I was unable to see how much the scale weighed. They have the scale behind the counter where customers can’t see the amount that have to be paid. So this means they can make up any number for the price. I would give this place 0 stars if I had the option to. Last week I called 311 regarding this issue and when I passed by the restaurant, the scale is still behind the table where customers can’t see. I am going to report this to Bureau of fraud investigation regarding this issue. Scamming customers of their money!!!
Ordered at 7pm, arrived 10mins later. Waited for 50mins to get my order. Even they are not so busy it still need to get ready for an hour in just one food.
between my wife and I, we probably order here more than we should, but for some reason they probably get the order wrong 75% of the time. What bothers me is that they don't do anything to make it up, if i'm ordering for delivery don't make someone go to the store since YOU forgot something in the order, why did i pay the tip i did? and please don't tell your employees to pass the blame since they didn't "prepare" the order that's just childish. We love the food (when it's right) but for a few months now they've been getting orders wrong and the employees have been very not caring about the situation. i mean read the other reviews i'm sure you'll see a trend!
