A great Kiehl’s store with friendly staff.
I have been to this location a few times and I had a great experience. Lance was very friendly and outgoing. He made me feel comfortable and not rushed at all. He gave me a skin consultation and explained the results while making product recommendations.
Always a good experience here. Super convenient if you live in Brooklyn. The staff are always cheerful and helpful too.
Came here on a weekday at 6 PM. Store is supposed to be open until 7. No one was there. Booooo.
Felt like I was being watched by staff when I was walking around looking at products.I do like their avocado eye cream and body moisturizer.

I'm addicted and the customer service is great! The amino acid shampoo is the only shampoo that doesn't strip my hair but still rinses clean with NYC water. I've been using their skincare for years on my sensitive skin and there is a noticable difference with other products!

I never realized that a Kiehl’s store was around here, so when I walked in I was surprised by two things. One was the customer care I received just from the minute I stepped inside, and the second thing was just how much selection was in stock. Overall, the staff was helpful and I will 100% be coming back
