Normally good service, ther person that serviced me was nice and efficient. Where as one of the other workers messed up an order, now I need to check when I leave there to check
Not all but the majority of this staff is notorious for not acknowledging people standing and waiting. 1 is sweeping the others are moving 1 speed doing nothing as important as taking care of guests and delivery partners. Needs better management and staff coaching!
Had the most disturbing reaction when I bought a family meal bucket of chicken and they forgot to put the second mash potato inside the bag ..the person who discribed himself as the manager first TOLD me there are 2 of the Same meals one with 2 mash one with one mashed potatoes..so I said this is my 10 time buying I paid close to 29.00 and he refused to give me a mash charged me an additional 6.00 for it ran to the back would not give me his name although I think it was AKIENE .... NASTY PLAYING GAMES WITH A LONG TIME COSTUMER THREW AWAY THE 6.00 MASH THINKING HE SPIT IN IT WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL DISPUTE CHARGE'S WITH AMERICAN EXPRESS the name on this receipt is the guy whom mistreated a customer no need for abuse....bad..bad. Bad...
Placed an online order to store pickup. There were no option online to customize order, went to location 10 mins earlier to talk to manager and shift supervisor, they refused to talk to me and took off their nameplate after I want to make a complaint. The franchise owner should know that the behavior of their employees. KFC should retrain workers since they wear the KFC uniform.
I bought a chicken breast and it was the best I’ve had from KFC in America thus far. The Chicken was seasoned well and was not red which is important for me. It was cooked all the way through yet wasn’t dry. Very pleased with that order. I don’t eat fast food often but I’mglad I found a KFC I can possibly go back to. However, the staff here weren’t the nicest but I wasn’t expecting anything great so that’s that.
Today 12/29/21 8:05 pm stopped by to order and take out some chicken, girl that was packing my food was not wearing gloves, I asked why? The answer was - we sanitize our hands, I said that's not good enough! Staff girl without gloves covered her name tag when I asked for her name. Customers have to wear masks, when staff are behind the glass, but it's ok for staff to handle food without gloves. Unacceptable

KFC was nice but they only have their menu on a wall way behind the safety plexiglass and the way the counter was set up it was hard to read. Otherwise it was very good.
The wait is sooo long. The staff are mad rude and they take their time and it’s only one person making the food. Don’t come here unless you’re planning to waste your whole day
I always end up having to wait too long just to get served here. The staff doesn't pay attention to customers nor do they seem to care. On some occasions I've found the food to be kind of cold and looks and tastes like it's been sitting around all day. I get it, the people working there are minimum wage employees which doesn't give them much incentive to go above and beyond for the customers. Yet at least make sure the food is fresh and don't make me wait 20 minutes just to place my order.
