This business is terrible & inhumane & completely disrespectful!!!! No respect towards people or customers !!! I worked at 2 kfc location 1 on fulton & nostrand& [email protected] 458 utica ave. The worker at kfc 458 utica av i was jus inquiring bout my application status for follow up, & she was very rude for i stated to her i m looking to work for im taking care of my mom who is blind,& she is disrespect not only me, but my moms blindness!!! I told her i will file complaint against her, shes says i will never be investigated or fired! Never!! So i took action & made a complaint! I will not allow anyone to disrespect me or my mom like that!! Dont patronize this business!!!!! She needs to be fired!!!!!!
Cashier was nice. Got order in a timely manner. Food was hot. But only giving 4 stars because to me the Chicken just don't taste like it use to years ago.
I gave it a 4 because of the workers at least one of them. She was respectful and the chicken thighs was rich and tender at least to me. I'm not a chicken fan so to say the thighs was good is some what a compliment. Hope when you go there they'll treat you well. Enjoy!
The food was satisfactory but the customer service at this location is always the worst. 458 Utica Ave. The customer service is my reason for giving 1 star. I would give zero for the service if I could..
Nice and clean. They have the Strawberry Lemonade 1/2 gallon containers. I ordered 5 of them. I guess in their rush they left one of the containers slightly open and it spilled in the bag and the carpeting of the car.
My friend and I ordered our food for pick up, I arrived at the 1050pm and the all of the doors were locked, knowing that they don’t close until 12am. I called and waited for 4mins until they answered and they told me to pick up my food by the drive thru window. There were myself and 2 other people by the drive thru window waiting for our foods to be picked up and I felt highly unsafe waiting to pick up my food in the cold. Also, I was watching the workers prepare food and cook the food without using any gloves. If that’s the case, I would call the Heath Department and let them know what’s going on at this establishment. I’m highly disappointed.
If you are hypertensive may the good lord help your soul.Take you blood pressure pills first and buy water.
I don't know about this location,, the food just doesn't taste good. Everything thing is over cooked and coated in layers of batter. I have the same food (popcorn chicken) at other locations and there is a significant difference in the taste and presentation. Some quality control is needed here.
Really nice service. Everyone there is friendly. They accidentally forgot an item in my order and the manager gave me a chocolate cake on the house. I will definitely be back.
Consistent and fresh made as always but definitely switching to app order n pick up the line had only 3 ppl incl I ding me took 20 minutes to place my order another 10 to get it WIG with the fast food joints really nobody wants to work
