First off they don't Great their customers. And how is it lunchtime and you have such a nasty attitude. There were three workers one man cooking and two women in the front. I ordered the number 1 and had to repeat myself three times cause she claimed not to hear me through my mask. There were only five customers, two were picking up delivery orders and we all had to wait about 15 minutes for biscuits which they informed us after 15 minutes of ordering. They gave options of a cookie, I'm not a kid I waited for my biscuit. Their attitudes weren't friendly the whole time.I was not the only one upset but I was hungry so I waited. Then I was told they ran out of crispy chicken how is that possible so I had a crispy leg and a original thigh, lol.

Some of the Uber eats and door dash people waiting for a long time and the same for people walking in some people are on the lunch break and they can not wait so I can not wait tell Popeyes open up on Kosciusko and Nostrand and this KFC is going down ?every 1will go there when they open up I am tell you guys that

I've been going to KFC ever since I was a child with my family. And it has always been a good experience. This last visit in Brooklyn was my first time going to this particular KFC it was a very nice experience, the workers where very amicable and pleasant.the food is always good but this one took me back to when I was a child, the original chicken was exactly what it was about 45 years ago.truly brought back many memories of my childhood.and it's safe to say I will be going back for sure and I highly recommend this KFC.

This is the best KFC in Brooklyn. Chicken is always fresh and they actually stick to the original recipe! Love it!

Very small space but I usually get my food in a timely manner.

Very good customer service in terms of how they deal with customers just a bit slow with the serving of your order.

Attempted to make a purchase but the doors were locked. It was only 10:55pm and both the website and sign on the door says it closes at midnight. All the lights and even the red open sign was on. I could clearly see there were workers inside behind the counter. I was wearing a mask and both tried the doors and knocked several times but either they didn't notice or were choosing to ignore me. When I went to the store across the street, several other people also had the same issue.Overall, not a great experience.

Went to grab a chicken sando the place was a mess which is fine. But was told I had to wait outside with my bike as if that would have messed up the ambiance or dirty the already gross floor. Weird. Go to popeyes.

Sometimes a little slow but the always friendly and the food is obvious delicious

Out of the thousands of restaurants I've ever been to in my life, this is BY FAR the ABSOLUTE WORST. I politely ordered a meal and sat down to eat it (it's 11am). IMMEDIATELY the cashier tells me "you can't eat here, you have to go outside". So I had to eat my meal outside, on the street, like an animal. This place should be shut down.
