One of my favorite places for the cheese pie chicken shawarma. Unfortunately it is now $18 a sandwich so I haven't ordered since the price hike. The sandwich is absolutely delicious.
Food Used to be good but now they are giving leftovers,well at least to me. No more fresh half chickens i saw it myself the guy opened the bottom of a oven and gave me a half chicken from there they were more over there ,was not fresh. I think they should give fresh food because they just lost a costumer who travels 8 miles to get a half chicken and with me they lost alot of my friends. Hope they gonna see the review.
The food is great. I’ve tried to make the Lebanese flat beans at home but they are never as good as Karam’s. I first noticed the place many years ago when I saw they made chicken liver shawarma, also great. Their selection of pies is impressive
Mild spice. Shewarma and Mixed platter was good. Chicken was the best. Baklava is on point ??
Quality has declined immensely at karam.Grabbed a few sandwiches for the family and we were all underwhelmed with our meals. I'm not sure if it's under new management or it was a bad day or something else. Rough, impolite, dismissive employees and the prices keep getting higher and higher but the quality and customer service keeps decreasing.Used to be one of the best spots to grab a shawarma and Lebanese food in Bay Ridge. Now, even the famous garlic sauce doesn't taste like it used to. It was the best and it's really disappointing to see the difference after all this time.I have no qualms with the price because everything is getting expensive but I expect to get what I'm paying for food and quality-wise. Please train your employees to do better and act like professionals in front of women and families. We understand what's being said even though we don't "look" ethnic.
I always order from them and most of their food are good, but last order with Uber Eats my order included a rice pudding which was the worst thing I have ever tested.. really terrible..made me almost through up. please make your rice pudding like how humans make it
Came after here after 2 years, this place used to be my regular lunch and dinner spot, but they so downgraded them self, food is not as good as used to be, paid $65 for 3 family dinner not worth it.Chichken kebab & Lamb was not well cooked.Hope they start doing well again.
The place used to be good, but not anymore. Prices are very expensive. I ordered this cheese shawerma pie with fries and garlic for $18! No fries, no garlic and not even Shawarma lol! Just a cheese pie probably sitting on the shelf for days! I called over the phone to complain and they don't really care. They have a lot of recent 1 star reviews, no surprise!
NOT GOING TO ORDER AGAIN. I order take out and I paid on my credit card. They forced to tip with my card and they didnt tell me there was credit card charge. I ordered 2 chicken sandwich and 1 rice chicken box. Price is ridiculous for local restaurants. Food is still good but for price and dishonest I pass.
Prices keep going up and they started skimping on things like garlic sauce (not nearly enough for a whole chicken, and which isn’t as good as it used to be either.) I just come here less often since a small chicken with barely any sides costs $25. I used to come here multiple times a week, not worth it anymore. Be prepared to pay too much for too little food.
