This place is amazing! All bubble tea and smoothies were made with fresh ingredients. The guy was friendly and took his time to craft each drinks.I ordered 2 Brown Sugar bubble milk tea. Very strong brown sugar taste, it’s super hot. My friend got a Kale Pin-avocado, it’s made with pineapple, kale, coconut and avocado, super healthy and tasty. highly recommend it.

This used to be one of my favorite spots until today.. ordered a. Mango smoothie and something made me look at the fruits stored and the mango looked rotted, black soggy and disgusting and he still proceeded to put that into my drink. When I politely asked if I could get another fruit to put into the smoothie as I though the strawberries looked fresh they were covered with a nasty red gooey looking thing I was taking not even a minute to decide when he sucked his teeth and went to take the others customers order. Mind you I paid and everything the woman was also cleaning the corners of the fruit trays with her bare hands and throwing specs of fruit into the batch of fresh ones. Highly recommend going somewhere cleaner or making your smoothie at home. Highly disgusted with not only the nature of rotted fruits but the quality of treatment.

Poor customer service. Refused to let anyone use the bathroom even after we spent 20 dollars in the store. Stated that bathroom is “only for employees” which is illegal in NY for a food establishment. This was clearly a violation and they do not care about the population they are serving. Take your business elsewhere!
The boba is old. The tea taste good but the boba do not taste as fresh

Small place but too over crowded and the wait is too long for order to be done, their items are over priced.They should get a better staff, if they want to have a over priced items.
