Placed an order to pick up 3 entrees (goat, pork and chicken) thru the random app they’re on because they won’t take phone orders. Got to the restaurant at pick up time (30min later) and was told they didn’t look at incoming orders on the app and would be starting the order then, come back in 30min. Came back 30min later to be told they were out of goat (tried to sub for a completely different chicken dish) and it would take another 15min to complete the order. We were starving at this point and tried to wait it out again, only to be told that they were also out of pork and would we take another chicken dish instead. If they knew they were out of both, why not tell us when they first read the incoming order? We left. Almost 2 hours of waiting for nothing. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Ok Jamaican food. Tried their jerk chicken and it was average, not to spicy. Their beef patties are very good. Good place to stop for aquick bite. Daily special includes brown fish stew, fish soup, oxtail, cow foot.etc.. will definitely be coming back
Food was cooked fresh. I had the rasta pasta and jerk chicken. Chicken wasn't as spicy as I'm used to other restaurants but perfect for those who can't handle spice.
Amazing food but lol the curry chicken in the soup was clever. Good portions and authentic flavors from real cooks, don’t wander on that. Very much worth the time and effort if you want a real taste of Jamaican food.

Ordered the fried snapper entree (includes 3 sides) as well as Oxtail Rasta Pasta. The food was PIPING HOT & FRESH!! The only issue was that the snapper was over fried to the point that it was not edible. I called to advise and without any issue, I was told to return to pick up another fish. To avoid a repeat issue with the fired fish I stated I'd prefer the steamed option...they had no issue doing so and told me I could return the next day as I was so far away ro return the same evening. The pasta was AMAZING. It wasn't oily like other places and it had a little kick to it. They did not skimp on the serving of oxtail either!! Each order was more than enough for 2 days!! #leftovers This business opened recently and I am happy that I finally gave them a try. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from Mr. Bigg's Rasta Pasta & Seafood Spot again!! P.s. The prices are not bad at all either!
