They are short staff only one waitress & one cook. They had no ice and instead of me getting my drinks right away I didn’t. I watched the waitress walk past me a couple times before getting my drinks. When the food finally came to me my hash browns were over cooked & felt like I was eating potato chips, the ham tasted like it’s been soaking in water for days to lose it’s flavor. Even though it’s not the serves fault because who ever is in charge needs to hire more people & get that store in shape but that’s my last time going there again. It was a horrible experience compared to the other times I’ve been there before, but I guess there’s a first time for everything.
We went early Saturday morning the place was very clean the waitress was very nice (loved her accent) and the food was excellent. I've been to other IHops and they weren't as nice as this one. The hostess at the door asked us for a vaccination records and she was even very nice! In my opinion the other Ihops should be just like this one I had a delicious fun experience there!
It's a decent local place. But after all the years in the location it looks like no money has ever been invested into how the place looks on the inside or the outside. The inside is cramped there is really not much room the wait staff and the bus staff always seem to do a dance to get around one another.This Ihop could really use a face lift
Everything was great. I loved the experience I had when I went for dinner. The restaurant was all to myself and the staff was very friendly. No inconviences what so ever. Very clean and food was great!
Had breakfast here with my aunt. Everything was great. We had an awesome time.
I always get served in a timely manner when I dine here. The price is affordable and the staff is friendly.

Lovely customer service and funny waiters. I enjoyed my time with family here just before the holidays. The food was delicious and the hotcakes melted in your mouth. Will definitely visit again when I’m in the area. Be sure to tip well!
Server was super nice. Food tasted as if it was made last week & reheated. They don’t wipe the chairs before seating next customers & no hand sanitizer anywhere. They should close for a day & clean that place properly
This is forever a breakfast destination place in Brooklyn; a staple in Brooklyn; a classic that never gets old.They do require all parties to show proof of vaccination for in-door dining; masks are mandatory.The service was great. Our waiter was attentive, the food came out fairly quickly and was hot & fresh.This place is a classic Destination Place in Brooklyn GO-HERE!
