Dont go here please, go to the one on Ralph Ave. This location is horrible, a bunch of youngins that do not have good work ethic. I've went about 6 times because i give places a few chances but only once did i have a good server, i dont remember her name but yes she was young but did well and carried herself well (light skin with glasses). Any other time i had to get the manager to service me. often you get seated and then forgotten about for a good 25 min before someone comes and checks on you (if they even come and check, ive had to get up myself n go to the manager and then he would take my order) and even when its dead somehow your food comes out cold. 6/6 times ive went the food was always cold and had to get sent back. Presentation goes a long way too, workers walking around with Bonnets and Durags is not professional... Also ladies stop trying to force edges, the install was poor get some of ya money back.

Ordered pancakes with sausages the sausages were barely hot. The other order was grilled cheese sandwich. The cheese looked like it was placed between 2 pieces of bread maybe put in the microwaved but definitely not grilled. Very disappointing experience. And it wasn't even crowded.
Normally I go to IHOP on Livingston st in Brooklyn, but today we were driving and with no parking at that location we decided to visit the one on Flatlands Ave which I never knew about but it's ok to try different places and with ample parking even parking for folks with handicapped parking permits this might be my new spot .So we were greeted with a smile and seated only after showing our vaccine cards, first time after covid I realized things have changed you can now scan the menu and the actual menu has changed as our hostesses Miss Lashanti had to make about 4 or 5 trips to our table as I sat with my single menu my mind drifting off I had to ask my husband if were at IHOP or the waffle house. Where was my folded menu with the colorful pictures that opened my appetite that made me feel I could eat everything on that menu I felt confused lost i could not decide and because of that Miss Lashanti had to keep coming back but always with a friendly smile and a heart that felt it was made up of patient just for me to decide I got my Swedish crepe and ex large tea everything was ok but I really miss that folded menu. Ok so the food is still delicious, the inside was clean even the bathroom and sink area there are 2 toilet in the women's bathroom but they have a 2 seater if you have to wait just outside. We will be back in the future I really love going to IHOP and this location might end up being my favorite location.
I went there to order the sampler breakfast. I specifically for the bacon to be extra crispy. This is the third time they did not follow what I told them.Other discrepancies Is that I asked him not to melt the cheese on my eggs, they did it anyway. They don’t listen and respect your customers. No one should go to this establishment

Great experience today! We were seated fast and waited on promptly. I was shocked at how fast our food came out and everything was perfect! Everyone was super nice coming in and going out!! Table: 1.1 server 152!!
