They dont have syrup at the tables just basic. You have to pay extra for them which I've NEVER encountered at an ihop. When you order the special pancakes advertised they only give you 3 pancakes for some reason instead of the standard 4. The half order is 2 pancakes. The service isn't great, the waitresses aren't very attentive. The food is reliable ihop quality but everything served here is smaller servings than any ihop I've been to. Take out is the only thing that seems to work out right at this location.
I've been going to IHOP for many years and it's always the same.Great service and the pancakes are my favorites the eggs are very good as well..The orange juice is very good..
This place use to be good. Not anymore.The food wasn’t horrible and Genesis was a great server. But there was no effort in the cooking. The cook messed up on my eggs and when we turned them back to get them done over they came out the same way. Also genesis was the only server there working hard you can tell there is a bad leadership at this establishment. If you see someone working hard alone and your a manager at least get up and help her. There was 2 employees just sitting at a table eating eminems and singing to the music the whole time. If there is no break room at least dont show that your not gonna do anything go to the back or something out of sight out of mind. Or get up and help the server. We were sitting a long time before the server could actually get to us. The owner should actually think of selling this place to someone who will put more effort into their business. Leadership reflects attitude this was very sloppy
Went to get food here recently by the flushing avenue area, made slight changes to my orders and they delivered without fail or question. Got in, got my food 10 minutes later, and was still hot by the time I got home (20 minute train ride) The only reason I give A 9 outta 10 is feel it's better to dine in at IHOP to soak in a bit of the atmosphere honestly. If you can, have a seat and enjoy the food! Staff was also pretty chill, like I mentioned earlier, got my order taken with no problems!
Had a nice experience here with my daughter on Saturday mother's day weekend. Food was good. Service was ok. Waitress was busy but did well accommodating us.
Not a fan of the pancakes nor the different breakfast choices, the eggs tend to look and taste soggy and the high level of sugar in their dishes is far from healthy or tasty. If you’re not used to real meals, you might find this somewhat appealing
Bad service and food is cold
I had better omelets. I can't say for sure if it was powered eggs, liquid eggs or real eggs but there was something missing from the omelet. I was not happy after spending over $25 dollars. Maybe it was the time it took for them delivery. I am willing to test the location again but I'll pick up the order for myself.
I have not been to this IHOP for some time. Well before covid. Today was a pleasant experience. All covid requirements where followed,making it a safe environment. The service was timely and food was hot. Very clean location.
Our waiter was attentive. The music was great! They are very clean and organized. Dont go on weekend because it gets packed. Best to go during the weekday.
