Dangerous place, stay away! I have an extremely lactose intolerant household member. We ordered a non-dairy razzle and the ice cream they put in was dairy. We checked because last time we ordered this we had the same problem and only learned about this by getting ill for a week.I wouldn't complain about the chaotic management or tasteless pasta. But endangering the health of their clients is another matter.Worst of all, there's nobody to talk to. You can try calling, and you'll hit unmonitored voicemail inboxes. Let's hope a Google review will get management's attention. Until then, stay safe and stay away!

Terrible customer service. Hours online said open til 1 am, doors are closed but worst of all the staff isnt acknowledging customers. Whats going on? Even worse mgmt. expect terrible service

This is one of the best places I have ever gone for Ice Creams. They have almost everything you can ask for and the quality is great. Price is also very reasonable. Amazing experience. Must try if you are inthe area. Apart from Ice Creams from the menu, you can get almost all brands of packed Ice Creams if you need. The seating area is also big, so you could go in with larger groups and still not run out of space. Was in Brooklyn for 3 days and I went to this place every single day.
The name is very self-explanatory. A place for every type of ice cream you might want. Everything here is tasty. They also have other food items as well but I mostly stay towards the ice cream side. I will say this, the quality is as high its price. Prices are a bit more elevated compared to other places.

Extremely popular with the local community. I went for the ice cream — good selection but I chose poorly. My flavor tasted a bit artificial. But the ordering process is very efficient (via kiosk) and the wide range is a huge plus so I’ll visit again. They have a lot of food - not just ice cream. Based on the location and clientele, it seems like it’s all Kosher if that’s important to you.One COVID note: I was disappointed that much of the staff was maskless and were virtually all of the patrons.
