So many awesome choices—love that you can order at the electronic kiosk so you can take your time looking. Great dairy and nondairy options. The service is very fast, and they are generous with portions and toppings. Will definitely return.
I liked this place, portions are quite bug, it’s very cheap, and also the place’s interior is very friendly and energetic. Only thing i would have to complain about is that the ice cream is a bit too sweet
Food is always great, customer service is always on point and their updated store looks amazing. I also appreciate that they have the option of using a kiosk or an actual human to order.
Filthy. I would not have commented except when I went upstairs at 4:45 after spending $160 and saw this disgusting trash scattered everywhere, I asked for housekeeping. The woman was unapologetic, she said there's one maintenance man responsible for 2 floors so nobody can clean and totally didn't care, she found it perfectly reasonable to expect us to sit in this wreck. Had she acknowledged it was not ok but might take a few more minutes, I would not be here posting. Sick customer service - none to speak of.

I've been waiting over a half hour, and I still didn't get my order ( which was pre-ordered) no customer service, ppl are screaming, no one answers questions, horrible!Besides the Uber eats guy, he got he's order in less then a minute, maybe that's why I'm waiting.
