Some of the food was great but the rest was pretty average at best. Customer service was great at the beginning (before the food) but trailed away towards the end. (Missing food orders, forgetting food orders.) Definitely felt like other tables had better service than ours. Overall displeased with the experience and the prices does not reflect on taste nor service. I personally wouldn't come back, your miles may vary.

Food was ok but great customer service

All hotpot items were fresh. We had thevpork bone soup for base. It was creamy and good. We originally wanted to try the famous chicken pot but they only have it in ma la spicy. My daighter can't eat spicy so maybe another timr. But they do have from mild mala, med and spicy spicy to choose from for the chicken pot. Will def go back. This place been around for a few years now this location.

This is my favorite Hotpot restaurant.

Their business hour is starting from 2pm. However, they can’t let you eat until 3pm because they said “they start working at 2pm and they need to prepare stuff”. Then why don’t you just list your business hour starting from 3pm since you can’t provide any service between 2pm-3pm. Ridiculous!

A great place for Chinese style chicken hotpot. ,love it overall , definitely will come back again and bring more friends to here

The pepper pork bellies chicken pot set is awesome. The soup base is perfect for winter, and the set can serve 4-5 ppl.

This review is for their Cart Noodles, NOT hotpot.Delicious! Slightly pricey given the price tag but totally worth it. Ordered their cart noodles with beef brisket, deep fried squid paste, turnip, pork skin and pork intestines, toppings are all tender and flavorful with turnip being the exception, but still, overall very satisfying. Chose rice noodles as my base and the texture is more to the chewy side with a more than enough portion for me, even though it doesn't look that much at first glance, soup base is a rich broth with a hint of white pepper.Basically, the entire bowl, from the toppings to the soup base, screams effort and quality, should definitely give it a try if you are craving for some noodles.

It’s a very unique hot pot restaurant, the specialty is their chicken hot pot. Never regret to try it.

Nice people and nice food
