They sent me real pork instead of vegetarian pork sandwich. I’ve ordered the veggie version before it is not like this

Their new storefront a couple units down from the old one is bright and beautiful! Picking up an order from grubhub was easy. Delicious milk tea and Vietnamese banh mi, even though they don't call it that for some reason. My only complaint with the sandwich is that the veggies are mostly on one side and the meat is mostly on the other so it's hard to get a well distributed bite with all the ingredients. Super minor detail though. I'll be back soon for more!
We order once a week as my daughter loves the combo of summer rolls and bubble tea. The banh mi are really great!
Love them! Their pho is really good (I’d recommend dining in vs takeout bc it’s noodles). Good banh mis and their boba teas are actually surprisingly good! Wished they had more locations, definitely hits the spot for Vietnamese casual food
Awesome selection of drinks, hot and cold. The sandwich was a little underwhelming but still pretty good. Fairly long wait time for a small order but it could have just been especially busy.
Off day? $7 summer roll is absolutely miniature. ☹️
Great Sandwiches and delicious bubble Tea. Love the Tofu and Chicken Sandwiches! you can't go wrong! Quick service too. Great for takeout. Have only really been coming since Covid, so wouldn't recommend eating inside.
Tofu Banh mi pretty good. Bread is delicious and well toasted w great chew however too much butter mayo it drips. Daikon/carrots are cut (shredded) too big to my liking.
No complaints with the food but allow me to go on a rant here about several restaurants (Hanco’s included) allowing indoor dining but serving everything in to-go containers. Besides creating a tremendous amount of unrecyclable garbage, it makes for a horrible dining experience to be dining out like you’re eating at home. I know the argument about COVID this and COVID that but it’s total BS. Restaurants are taking advantage of the current pandemic to not re-hire dishwashers, waiters, busboys, etc. And If it’s to keep food costs down, I’d happily pay a little extra to have a proper sit-down dining experience. Again, I thought the food tasted great at Hanco’s, but eating out of takeaway containers absolutely ruined our dining experience. Will not go back until food is served with proper plates, bowls, cups, and silverware.
