Surprisingly big for a city dinner! We sat out in the gorgeous back garden. Very peaceful and delicious!
I used to come to diners in New York with my grandma when I was a kid. One order of sugared grapefruit no matter the time of day. She’d pat pat pat the sticky, laminated menu with her ringed fingers and look around carefully at the other chewing guests - before eventually refocusing on me. Friendly and classic NYC diner. Old school charm and quality that’s hard to find. Everything is good and everybody is happy and they have the best vegan menu in town!
One of the best burger and burger menus in Brooklyn. You haven't had a burger until you've eaten at Grand Canyon Diner in Park Slope. And they serve you steak fries!!!!! That burger???!!!!! It's cooked under a stainless steel cup on that grill so you know it's gonna be good. I took it upon myself to tip the cook after the I took care of the waiter. It's that good!!!!!??
A great go-to place for us. Went with my two kids. Daughter had vegan burrito which she loved. Son had pizza burger and I had old fashion cheese burger. Wished their burgers were a little smaller. If you add anything to them they just become a mess thatll end up all over you!Update: ate there again with kids about 2 months ago and we saw a mouse in the dining area. Informed staff member who looked for it and was extremely apologetic. I know how hard it is to run a restaurant in NYC but this is hard to ignore. Hope they address the issue better, but I definitely won't be going there for a while.
Always friendly servers here and the food is amazing. They have lots of great American and Mexican choices here. I come here for breakfast often and I'm never disappointed. It's a great place to start of and springboard into the rest of your day!
Best diner in the area. Staff is always nice and accommodating. Iced coffee is bomb and even their Mexican choices of food are great. Overall, tasty food and good cozy vibes
Always a great meal, always a reasonable price and good quality. This place is a default when I don't feel like cooking and don't know what I want which is definitely often given my weird work schedule.
First visit in this establishment. Loved the atmosphere, service and the burger was well done but not dry. Very important?My husband had the onion soup. He said it's wasn't too flavorful but he enjoyed it...We will return and check out other menu items.
Nice spot. Super nice service. Very busy location. Nice variety. You should either go early before brunch/lunch hour. Would go again.
