One of the better restaurants on Utica strip. Literally go there every day at this point. Cannot get enough of their raisin rice and cow heel soup! If you need a good meal and the best soup in the mile radius you need to be there! Definitely worth your time and money. Don’t take my work for it. Go find out!

I went to the restaurant on 1/4/22 bought vegetable fried rice the rice was hard need more cooking but it was tasty, egg ball cassava was not tasty it was very heavy it had too much cassava no scallions or pepper was in the cassava mixed as shown in pictureThe channa known as chick pes was tasty but very salty the soup very expensive small cup for $10.00 cup too small .
Mightve gotten unlucky but the rice wasnt well cooked. Also got the curry chicken but there was more spice and pepper than curry. They must be lightly sprinkling in the curry like its season. If you dont care too much about actual curry flavor and the rice is not wet and actually cooked properly on other days then its a good food spot. The curry and rice was a bit expensive too tbh.
Food is good and always fresh. I enjoy the soups every Sunday. Soups are always available everyday but we all know real Guyanese have soup on sundays

Just ordered a roti skin, Guyanese roti is different from Jamaican and Indian roti, and it was good here. Wish they had roti's the dish like burrito with stuff inside, but they only have it available as a side order.
