The food was amazing. The customer service needs a little improvement. Overall the experience was great. I surely recommend this location for great time dining with family and friends.
Ordered food 3:55…got Salad with no salad dressing .. and still waiting for the dressing 15 mins we were not offered waterWaited 20 mins for a coke and beer…it’s now 4:23 still no drink. short staff on a holiday weekend.. staff focus on online orders…
Loved the cod fish cakes and coconut shrimp. Curry Goat was delicious. Mom loved the stewed chicken and my daughter liked the jerk chicken. Cabbage was delicious. Rice was a little dry, mix it w the yummy sauce. Homemade Sorrel was perfect. We loved our server.
Waited TWO HOURS for take out and I ended up leaving with NO food AND my money back. No matter how busy a restaurant is, no customer should have to wait for 2 hours to walk out with no food and their money back.Initially I was told that it would take 30 minutes to get the food and after an hour i was told that the kitchen was very busy and it should be ready soon.. then i was told my order was taking long because I ordered steamed tofu and they needed to fry it and THEN steam it. What the...I have never heard of anything like that before. After a further 20 minutes, I decided to just cancel the order for my money back but was told that they were packaging my food. After yet another 10 minutes, I was told that they were just going to give me my money back. Completely unacceptable behavior from any business.

Well 1st let me say the greeter was horrible I thought we were in for a horrible time but no…the server was a delight she checked one several times and gave us our food in a timely manner. The food was great the fish was fried just the way I like(crispy)the rice and peas well prepared, the drinks no complaints.my lady was very pleased with her goat meat the music was nice great atmosphere so yes go have a great time and enjoy “footprints “
service was very bad it was a 40-minute wait, and after being seated it was only one waitress for the entire dining area my food took 35 minutes to come out and I only received half of my order. I was very disappointed, I do not recommend this location. if you ordering to go then you'll be fine otherwise you will not have a good experience.
Food was delicious I just didn't like that sweet sauce they give with fried chicken, I asked for regular gravy. The ambiance was great with good music
Good Food. Short Staffing caused some delays, but overall good experience in Coney Island.
The first improvement would be to actually deliver a customer's order on uber eats instead of canceling after they've waited almost 4hrs. Secondly, stop continuing to take orders when your unable to get current orders you have out to waiting customer's.
