So uncomfortable, bad vibes . If I’m not comfortable and get bad vibes from the people who work there how can I trust you to handle my food ?

Footprints,What’s going on with this location? You were one of my favorite go to Caribbean restaurants in the Tri-State(NY,NJ,CT). You open your doors at schedule time but preparing the restaurant while you have customers waiting to be seated. On top of that, there were flies everywhere during my dine in. My family and I were finally seated, the waitress greeted us with Happy Mother’s Day (5/8/2022)to the mothers I was with. We placed our order,at 11:18am and got our food nearly 12:08pm. While we were waiting for our food, three flies dropped dead next to us. The waitress had to come clean it up. Horrible. Our food was finally coming out, they were bringing the food five minutes apart, why I don’t know and I didn’t like that. So, a fly dropped dead on my family plate, I was not happy at all,the waitress seen me reaching for my phone, and she quickly grab the plate before I could take a photo of it. I know we have our bad days sometimes, but footprints, please fix these minor issues/problems before a great business/restaurant goes downhill. I doubt I’ll return to this location any time soon and or at all. Come to this location at your own risk.

HI Guys,This restaurant had little to no parking. We had to park in the McDonalds parking lot just to get in. Once inside the restaurant was small-ish. There was seating by the bar, off to the side by the entrance, and outside patio. They required COVID cards to dine in. We ordered our food to go. We ordered the oxtails and rasta pasta and jerk chicken. I think the food was tasty. But the oxtails was a bit savory sweet.... I think they would have been much better if they were offered spicy. Otherwise the oxtails were tender and seasoned well. The pasta was nice too.Visited: 12/01/21

Do yourself a favor and visit Wednesday nights at Footprints for the Live Band. I caught the end of the show but it was dope. Nice crowd, good music, and the food was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. The expedited service and warm welcome from the manager Johnthan was unmatched. He was very polite, professional, and made the experience very welcoming. My friends and I will definitely be back‼️

Whoever was the manager is terrible. Over an hour of waiting for food is a disgrace no matter who it is. It could be Maestro’s and I still would not wait for food this long. A restaurant with customer service skills would comp the food at that point, but instead I was still charged. I will never be going back to this poor establishment again. Low quality, low understanding, and zero points for accountability. All for a $20 bill. Lovely waitress though. They do not tell you anything about an hour wait for the food at the door like they claim they do. If I would give you a zero I would but they save you by give you a star for the least.

The food was excellent and the server was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This was the worst tasting place I went too!! I went inside and order food for myself and my daughter we both got sick and went to the doctor. We called the manager and they told us it’s nothing they can do. So it’s all about money for them I’m calling the health department because the food was sour! I spent $90Don’t eat here

Footprints is and always will be the place for West Indian Food made the right way, good service and the atmosphere and music is on point at all times. That's why Footprints (the original) is my favorite restaurant in Brooklyn.

Food was on point!! Rasta pasta was delicious as usual...oxtails were nice and tender...drinks were underwhelming...
