Smallest 5 guys I've ever seen this far !! Seemed a bit unorganized...I eat only veggie burgers and they gave me a burger with meat !! However they did say they were going to make me a new one ,and then forgot about making my sandwich until my sister went back up to ask " do you have my sisters veggies burger done?"The manager did apologize.
Definitely a great location also it being right next to a Starbucks you can get your coffee and lunch in one go also staff is amazing and they always tend to give you more when your ordering fries with your food they will give you more then what you ordered which is always cool so if your in the area check it out!
I always get the best five guys services at this location, my fav store in all of Brooklyn and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else to get some tasty food!
One star for prices only . For Whom da f..k did you set those prices ? I got cheeseburger w fries and small soda , added some pickles mayo and mustard and paid $19 !!! It was my first time ever I visited Five Guys and the last time , Your burgers are not f..ing extraordinary, noting special you could set those prices ! F…k you Five guys .
As much as I have been in love with 5guys for almost 10 years I don't know why lately (last 4 months) the taste of the patties is not anymore delicious ? I thought it was just in my usual location, but now after tried in 4 different locations I can say the meat became dry and flavorless ??♂️
The best part is you pretty much make your own burger.
Placed an order for pick up. It said the order would be ready at 5:20 and when I arrived it wasn’t ready. I asked the employee if they had my order and they said it was coming but they failed to give me my order after 15 minutes. I asked again and they finally game me my order at 6:10 pm.which did not even include the fries that I had order. I had to wait a long time and my food wasn’t even completed
Busy branch, didn't get our orders right the first time. However they redeem themselves thr second time around, I first tasted the veggie burger here I recommend.
Asked for burger with recommended fixings. Got bun with piece of meat and nothing else. I was told that that is default. OK then....
