The food was horrible and we spent lots of money on the check . Usually I don’t complain but the owner was arrogant and we brought our own birthday cake and they charged each one of us 3.50 to cut each slice ( over $10.00 ) just to cut each slice of cake WOW the owner said to me “ every restaurant charges that “! Like I’ve never eaten out anywhere else very insulting . I’m a 70 year old woman and I’ve owned my own business and I’ve been to better restaurants ( around the world) NEVER did I experience such arrogance She should learn how to treat her good paying customers. Discussing be carful for hidden fees not even mentioned on the menu. Notzi Owner !!!!!!!! I’ll never go back . Go somewhere sense at least you will know what tip to give . BTW the gratuity was off the charts !!!!!! Beware

We just stopped by this Italian restaurant today to get a regular large Margarita pie. It was pretty good! I would not count this Pizza in the top 10 NY pizzas but for the neighborhood joint it’s a great place. Also, the outside structure for this restaurant is very cozy. We recommend this place if you are in the neighborhood!!

We come and order from this place quite often and orderd this time again. Food is always good but there was misunderstanding with the order and management is very rude and unaccomodating simply because she doesn't care and that's an understatement!!! I ordered penne ala vodka, grilled octopus and grilled portobello mushrooms. My husband came to pick it up and the girl showed him a ticket, he glanced at it and she showed him 2 pizza boxes, he paid took 2 boxes and left. When we got to dinner we opened these boxes and it was 2 pies of pizza. My husband called and was given a run around for an answer and never an apology and also was told that two people with the same name ordered two different things! What a coincidence!!!! He also asked if he should bring it back and the vague answer that he got wasn't clear whether we should or not!!! At 1:20 am I got a text message that my food is ready. I called and asked to speak to a manager a and was told shes not there and then all over sudden she came to the phone. Going back and forth trying to resolve this issue and get a refund got me nowhere. Manager told me that they called me several times and got no answers and that's a lie. My phone is with me 24/7 and is in all the time. Then the manager told me that she's getting passed off and she doesn't care of we never come back to a restaurant. We got what we paid for and that's that, and she has to dispose off food that I ordered and she's the one who lost money not me. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! And we will not come back despite that food taste good!!! We are in Brooklyn where we have plenty other Italian restaurants!!! Shame on you Europa!!!

The food was delicious, the staff were friendly. The food was fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. We were there around Christmas and it was decorated so pretty.

The food is ALWAYS on point! You can never go wrong at Europa. The food is always fresh and the pizza is amazing! They have the best gluten free pizza I've ever had. The service is always on point.

Dinner was good! Everyone at the table finished their meal so portions weren’t huge. They didn’t rush us out. We made reservations so we didn’t wait for a table. It was a nice night.

We drive by this place all the time and always liked the old world Italian look. Finally went with a few co workers and decided on the White clam pizza, fresh clam pieces with mozzarella cheese, yum! No red sauce on this pizza, so we got the fried calamari with cocktail sauce. Also delicious! Next we got the Tonnarelli ‘all Alstice, Fresh jumbo shrimp, clams, mussels, and lobster, with fresh tomato sauce over spaghetti. There was half a big lobster, so for 4 ppl, we had two slices of pizza left over. The med pizza was $23, but the sphagetti was a bit pricey at $35. Other pasta dishes that we didn’t try range from around $13 to $21. I’ll most likely go back for more pizza and pasta.

This is the third time at this establishment. I kept thinking it was a "bad day" -- thinking the food must be good, there are always people there...it was terrible! The rigatoni carbonara was EXTREMELY salty and the lamb chops had no flavor....the only redeeming part of the dinner was the sauteed spinach. How sad...

This restaurant serves so much more and all of it is great. Of course te pizza is very good. Thin crust, crisphy just enough toppings. Made to order and it is fantastic. The other food is always good also. The calamari, grilled octopus, salads, soups. Never had anything that I didn't enjoy.
