After waiting almost 2 hours to receive our order online, we were super hungry and at least couldn’t wait to eat. I have a sensitivity to spicy food so I always play safe and go for mild, or foods with little to no heat. That being said, when taking my first bite I noticed a LOT of heat from something that shouldn’t have been at all. I decided to move on. After having a single bite of guacamole, I felt a heat like someone poured hot lava on my face and lips, and all down my throat. I will NEVER order from here again
They had a 1 buy get 1 free promotion on UberEats. I've ordered from here before and know the difference between the two sized burritos. On ubereats it was 13" listed, but they sent the smaller ones. I guess to trick people thinking they're getting the 13" one to get them to spend money. How dare you.
Update: Food Poisoning confirmed after yesterday!!Paid over 50 dollars for an attitude, long wait and ended up with food poisoning. I have been a customer since day one. Day one. I even mentioned this to the counter person and he left before making sure our food was even ok. We were told 20 min. It’s understandable that they are super busy and have a small staff. Perfectly fine. I came out of my way to drive out here because I know the food, used to be,good. My boyfriend has a sensitive diet and we were clear about toppings etc, they ended up putting a ton I mean a ton of jalapeños we didn’t even ask for and he can’t eat spicy food so none of it was edible. I took a little bite and my lips,Tounge and back of my throat were entirely numb. All four tacos,in the garbage. The shrimp was either spoiled or made too spicy because it was awful and now I am tracking my temperature because my stomach hurts so badly and I am not a food sensitive person at all. This has never happened to me after eating anything so now I am really concerned because I never react to anything else his way. Now we’re waiting to see if I need to go to the ER. The girl who came later on to work the counter was also really nasty. We were patient and quiet and just waiting and when I asked after 35-40 min the kid said 5 minutes and 10/15 min later they bring out a couples meal that came in after us ! ! She rolled her eyes at me and asked “how many items?!” So rudely. Because I was asking where the food was and I was upset but not being rude or giving anyone a hard time. Writing this review because overall every single thing was not a good experience and after ordering here so many times over the years this was the worst and a first. The guy should of waited for us to get our food or made sure the staff checked. There should of been clear communication about wait time. Better training for the counter girls nasty attitude and please check the meats/toppings that expire. I can’t believe this right now . Never coming back I’m so disappointed

Pretty hidden taco place in a residential area. Kitchen is quite small, so when they get overwhelmed with orders, it'll take awhile. Almost always get the Gallo Fries every time I stop by. Tacos aren't too bad, but don't get the gringa taco, not really worth it imo. Baby burrito is best bang for it's buck. The chicken is really good and what they're known for. It's got a varying menu, from the one in store to the pamphlet takeout ones. Would definitely recommend to people, just be patient with their long lead times.
Hidden gem in Brooklyn. I found out about this place around a year ago and I think this is one of the best authentic place in Brooklyn. Food is delicious, staff is very polite. Prices are decent and wait is not long. Highly recommended place!!!
The best Mexican restaurants. We became addicted to the Gallo fries with Al pastor. But their quesadillas are great, burritos are delicious and their enchiladas are incredible! I haven’t tried anything in their menu that I don’t like.

I’ve ordered here so many times due to the food being great. However; for the price I pay I expect somewhat faster service. Ordered at 4pm and told an hour and a half it’ll be ready, not ready for 2 hours. Instead of prioritizing the costumers who call for pickup and wait in the restaurant, they prioritize their deliveries which is mostly grub hub and Uber eats. They should find a faster way of serving their costumers. ON TOP I paid 50 dollars, waiting an hour and 30 mins and they want to charge me an extra 5 dollars for chipotle and sour cream. any other restaurant would not charge me extra for sides, ESPECIALLY for the price I pay for their food. Never again.
