I attended the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce event and had not been to this this catering hall in the little over 20 years. It did not disappoint then and did not disappoint today! From the meal, to the customer service, all top notch! So many of our catering halls have folded in Brooklyn, so I'm happy El Caribe is thriving and serving the borough!
I had my son’s wedding at El Caribe. Beautiful ambiance, delicious food, great drinks. The service is the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to many weddings but the service at El Caribe cannot be beat. The workers are on top of everything. Food was constantly being brought out. Hot, fresh and quality of the food was amazing. My guests were calling me the days following the wedding telling me what an amazing time they had and the food was great they were all telling me. I also had my daughter’s wedding here and same experience. I plan on having my other son’s wedding here as well. I will not go anywhere else because the service here is spectacular. I would rate this place 10 stars if I can. I had gelato cart, fresh rolled cigar cart, Nutella cart and a few others. My guests were amazed at the wedding. They all enjoyed themselves.
The only word to describe El Caribe is amazing! My wedding there on 10/29/21 was nothing short of spectacular! The food, service, ambiance was incredible. Our wedding was truly perfect and I would not change one thing. Cocktail hour here cannot be beat!! My guests are still raving about the wedding!! Every single one of our guests complimented the food and amazing staff. Our maitre d's, Sal and George, continuously checked on us all night and made sure everything was perfect. Justina was super attentive and helpful as a bridal attendant. I can't wait to have another event at the El Caribe!!

I would give 100 stars if I could. Ralph, Sal, George, Justina, Michael, literally everyone that works there is literally incredible. The day of our wedding was perfect and 100% stress-free because they honestly all made me feel so confident in every step of the process as soon as we stepped foot onto the grounds after the church ceremony. Ralph was amazing from start to finish with every little detail and making sure everything was executed perfectly - I literally never worried for a minute knowing he was taking care of it all. Sal was our maître d for the night and we couldn't have been happier with him, seriously. My husband forgot his duffle bag in one of the limos that wasn't coming back until the end of the night... Sal literally sent someone to get him cigarettes, I couldn't believe it. George and Michael kept making sure we were eating and drinking all night and George was literally about to give my husband entrees for the week to take home, he is so insanely good at his job. Michael was an absolute angel who even got my glam squad cocktails - THE BEST EVER. Justina was my right hand the whole night and I wouldn't have changed it for the world. She had things done, done and done before I even asked her anything and she was literally the bridal attendant of my dreams. Don't know why people look to get married in Jersey where the food is mediocre at best and the floors are covered in carpet. El Caribe is not only beautiful inside and out, but the food is spectacular beyond words and all of our wedding guests cannot stop raving about it. I also had my sweet 16 here years ago and our engagement party a year ago, you can literally never get sick of this place. Will only have events here for the rest of my life. Love my El Caribe family!!! <3
