They barely give any prociutto in the sandwich. Total scam. I asked for more and they said it's pre weighed to 2 oz. I don't know if that's a lie cause another guy working there has given me way more than that in the past. Even if it isn't a lie 2 oz is a joke. Make it like 6 at least. This is a failed sandwich. The filling to bread ratio is a joke. You need to have way more on the inside. Picture been for proof
Came here during business hours (at noon) and the store was fully closed with the gate down. But life happens and I’ll be happy to return in the future
The place has great sandwiches but the manager I guess that's what you need to call him have no experience with people
I’m afraid to advertise their truffle cheese spread bc I want to be available every time I go! If everyone knows how delicious it is, it will always be sold out! Go without saying that all of their bread, cheese selections and products are super yummy! Great gift for foodies like me as well!
Great grocery selection and made to order sandwiches
As an Italian, I am very picky in my food shopping. Eastern District has solved the problem I had with finding good quality cheese that exceeds my expectations. The staff is nice and kind. Young and prepared. They are helpful and lively. Honestly I can't recommend this place enough. Truly my favorite shop in the neighbourhood! 10 Stars!

My wife and I got married at the Box House Hotel around the corner from Eastern District - we needed a good catering option for bride and groom suites on the day-of. To say Eastern District was a good choice is a massive understatement: they were absolutely astounding. Sami was incredibly responsive and helpful, she made the entire process easy and seamless - she asked a few questions, we gave a few parameters, and she took care of the rest. The boards were amazing - the sandwiches, cheese, pickles, fruits, charcuterie, jams, honeys, literally everything was delicious. The presentation was stunning. All special requests were taken care of, the boards were delivered exactly on time, and the bridal/groom parties were thrilled with the variety of options. I would absolutely order from them again, no hesitation.
Can't talk highly of the Sami - went above to sort out platter for Christmas and unfortunately things didn't go as expected and sorted it all out with a extra nice one at no extra cost. This was all done via email as I'm located in Sydney Aust. The experience was more than great and I hope to get to go visit them in person soon. Thank you Sami
