I do mobile orders before work twice when I went to pick up my order it was gone. Today I spoke with a manager and told him what happened he said he has no control over mobile orders.That’s just not something a customer wants to hear I’m sorry it was like saying oh well I don’t care.Bad business attitude I don’t care how busy you are you listen and correct a customer complaint.
Great spot if you like being accosted by the mentally ill (bless their hearts) and waiting forever for a coffee (not entirely the staffs fault as they are normally understaffed) I feel like they should hire an off duty cop to keep people in line. It's wild at times

Location is very convenient for NYU Hospital Employees. Location could be a little be mor organized and cleaned. But for a quick coffee option is okay
They are nice here but often don't follow app order instructions.
I think that was the worst coffee I've ever had. It was bitter and sour; and it tasted like old coffee. One sip, and to the trash. Literally throwing money in the trash.
We stopped here for some coffee on our walk around downtown. The quality was OK, but I think we could have found better elsewhere.
I have a pleasant experience at all the locations I visit which has a lot to do with why I frequent these establishments. Every so often there is a bad moment but for the most part it's all good. The app sucks though, needs a total rebuild!
Same as other Dunkins..Their dont let you use their restroom these days. Covid is the excuse.
