I walked inside only one customer before employees doing random things nobody is asking me if I need help then the one employee finishes doing whatever he was doing with the coffee decides to go start washing it instead of even acknowledging me so I left I hope the owner knows that he lost out on a customer that would be coming once a week 415 pm June 8
I don’t personally make rude comments but with this location feels necessary. Recently Ive gone here and the customer service is beyond me. I asked for a dozen chocolate munchkins and received a dozen chocolate donuts I hadn’t noticed the girl placed donuts in a bag! One whole bag all squished together! I had left for a minute to get my wallet and coming back I see my total is 20. She had also messed up my coffee order cod brew one sugar nothing else added. Her attitude on top of that! I don’t know how she works there and it’s NOT MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCING THIS!
absolutely terrible service, terrible coffee, I usually never leave a bad review but this morning was already the limit I was given a terrible smelly latte that was not possible to drink

Terrible food, terrible service. Right on par with every other dunkin donuts.
I frequent this dunkin donuts almost everyday and the service each visit is worst. They continue to mess up orders and have an attitude when you correct them.
