I came that’s the second time do you 50 3 AM it’s a snow horrible snow I ordered coffee latte but they don’t have a payment method only cash I cannot even pay for my Dunkin’ Donuts app what’s going on how old is possible why nobodylooking this!!!! Only cash?
The new crew and new management SUCKS! the drive-thru service have extremely long wait times ,I waited 20-30 minutes everyday and decided to go other coffee shop from last week. Been talking to dunkin HQ, but never heard from the store management at all. There are one lady not wearing proper uniform, no hat and sometimes no mask. unhygienic at all .May be i should contact health department.I hope the owner see this comment, because your management team is not doing their job.It used to be best service i got from this dunkin , fast and nice crews ( salute to the old crews, i now know how efficient you guys are???)Now the new crew its disappointing!!!
Good for it was. I wish the latte machine was working when I went the first time. But the next morning was great.
Bitter acidic tasting; and an old coffee after taste. Could be much better!

Very nice staff who made my day when I was there!! The latte and the food I got were also perfect! I'll make a point to go again when I'll be able to cross the Canadian border again and travel to New York. Thank you!
