I love Dunkin Donuts - but this place was by far the worst one I've EVER been to1. I asked for very light and sweet, & the coffee wasn't even close to it. I had to have them add more sugar and creamer.2. They gave me the wrong item AND 4got another one. SMH3. They didn't have a bathroom 4 customers!!
It was great! This is our go to Dunkin’ spot! Everyone that works there is super friendly and makes ordering easy and smooth.
The folks here are FANTASTIC! I work right around the corner in Industry City, and end popping in here regularly, and I am your average nobody, but so help me, they make me feel like a King, by remembering my order to perfection, without me even having to utter syllables, and always go out of the way to make sure I have a great experience at their location. I want everyone here to know that Thursday- Sunday, the small assortment of time that I ever spend in this Dunkin, is sometimes the best part of my day-- This is an awesome franchise, and the employees are the shining stars!! Thank you guys so much. CORPORATE-- Give these kids a raise!! They deserve it!
2/25/21 at 1-2 PM. The cashier was very kind, made me smile a lot. I didn’t get his name but it was a South Asian guy. Hope to see the same worker on my next visit.
There was a point when I switched from Starbucks to Dunkin , I guess it was easier and better the Dunkin app offers than the Starbucks, besides the coffee quality in Starbucks started going down to meet Dunkin so there was not much difference so I could use to accept Dunkin, but lately it looks like Dunkin decided to do not care about quality and not matter which coffee variety I try is always a "burned " after taste, at least in any of the 3 locations that I use to go. I'm not returning to Starbucks because definitely Dunkin app perks are better, but for $0,50 cents extra any local Coffee shop has better coffee so for now I'll support my local coffee shop.
I ordered a bluymuffin. It looked like the cranberry muffin so they gave me a donut with it as well since they weren’t sure if it blueberry or cranberry. Veryyy kinds. We love free food
Its UNACCEPTABLE that nearly every time I do a mobile order I walk into this location and they wind up not having what I ordered. I can't stand on their line because the workers don't move through the line fast enough. So in order to make it to work on time I order on the app. It is so hit or miss that its like just throwing money away.No one at this location seems to even care. This is by far the worst dunkin location I have ever experienced going to
One of the nicest DD I ever been to, store looked clean, staff members were nice, I was in and out quickly.
Clean place and fresh Food. FYI - They do not have the donut balls...
I asked for toasted. They barely cook the bacon. This location the worse Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. ?????
