Very rude did not want to redeem my code please get new staff.
My mobile order is always ready whenever I get there but they always get the order wrong most of the time so I have to wait for them to fix it. Despite that, It’s clean and the staff is nice.
Fast service Nice employees and good food.They offer dine in.
The past week I came to Dunkin's at Canarsie around nighttime because i work at the hospital nearby. It's sad I didn't see my favourite staff Mr Yassir. He makes my order perfectly and with a smile. Afew weeks before he told me he works almost 7 days without rest and it's great that even through that he is able to serve customers well and with a smile. I also hope the management finds better ways to set schedules by the NYC employment laws to allow it's workers some rest days while still working their full time hours. I am a manager as well, so I know that management across the board is the same.If you see Yassir anywhere or keep in tough with himplease send him my regards and tell him that I miss him making my coffee, his pastries and kind smile.
Hello I would like to start out by saying i am ONLY giving 3 stars because of my favorite employee YASSIR he is single handedly the ONLY reason this Dunkin’ doughnuts is still around. He is so pleasant and always ensures my experience is perfect. I am concerned however because I have not seen him around for some time.I nam not sure if he got laid off or quit. (I wouldn’t be surprised if he quit honestly because the manager is always so nasty to him) I work an overnight job and frequent this location often and to be honest, Dunkin’ hasn’t been the same without him.
I usually come to this Dunkin location (1375 Rockaway Pkwy) on my way home from work at night and I always look forward to seeing my favorite serves, Mr. Yassir. He always makes my orders perfectly and with a smile. I haven’t seen him for a few days and I hope he’s doing well. Every time I’ve been in there he’s always doing the work of 3 people and I hope he was able to find some time to rest. He’s always got a smile on his face even with the way the manager treats him sometimes. I haven’t seen him for a few days but hopefully he’s doing well!
Staff is decently friendly at times but service is very slow.Also, they do not always have on mask.
I haven't gotten a bagel from Dunkin for a while. Tody I was surprised by the small size of my bagel (photo) its diameter is exactly the size of a credit card.
My mobile order wasn't ready thati placed 10 mins ahead of time. The employees wouldn't speak to me or answer my basic question if my mobile order was ready. It was chaotic once i walked in and it normally is. The workers are rude af and I will probably just start getting Starbucks near my house since i know i will have a nicer experience and wont feel disappointed or unpleasant after dealing with the employees.
There was a lady and a boy but I didn't see anyone. I've waited and call them like is there anybody? Then I knock the tip cup with my keys to making sound if some one come! They came together and took my order!
