This is a very very busy Dunkin' donuts and the staff there handles their crowd very well polite and friendly.
I have started drinking Starbucks due to this location never having oat milk always running out of swirls favors. Place was dirty until I pointed out to new management. They have certainly cleaned up since new management. But as far as having what they need to making people's drink has not improved
They use coconut milk I told him not to Cause I'm allergic to coconut. But they usually get it right. But I still like them.
You have to try the Shamrock hint coffee ☘️. So green, so good!!!
It's the first time that I have eaten such bad donuts at Dunkin's chain, bought a six-pack, and they were so bad ... two hard as rocks, some tasted like oil and the others tasted anything but donuts. I leave with a bad taste in my mouth. I had the hope that they were going to taste amazing here.
The customer service here made my morning. The manager with the nice hair and blue eyes goes above and beyond to be a day maker. Give that man a raise. Being from Boston, I know Dunkins and he is doing NYC a service. Such a joy to buy a tea and have him make my day.
absolutely one or the WORST DD I even been to. if it's not the worst ever.coffee was watery, it tasted like water with flavor. staff are not professional...the place smelled like smoke.I DO NOT recommend it.
Good donuts and coffee but have been up-charged multiple times beyond advertised prices. When asked about it, I was told it was done accidentally. Since it has happened multiple times, I'm not so sure.
My order was messed up twice. No equal for my beverage. Service was horrible.
