The Store Manager Fabius Is A Disgusting Soul. He Can't Run The Store. Very Disrespectful. Flirts With Customers And Harrasses People He Need To Go . So As A Older Looking Security Guard.

The customer service is horrible....my prescription was sent by the doctor 2 says ago and when I arrived I still had to wait for an hour for them to fill my prescription, I waited in the car and when I came back inside was told that my prescription couldn't be filled because of insurance and when they tried it again I had to wait for an additional 40 minutes. Every single time I come to this pharmacy I have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for my prescriptions to be filled.

The pharmacy is the equivalent of a trash can on fire. They take days to fill a prescription, and like other reviewers said, I'm convinced they don't fill it unless you call or go there in person to ask about it.I was on hold for 45 minutes once to check on a prescription sent two days prior and they hung up on me. I called again on my way into the pharmacy, and I saw them hang up the call in front of me. Unbelievable. The pharmacist then said my medicine would be ready in 15 minutes; 45 minutes later, they said 15 minutes again. The pharmacy is closed on random days; I'm assuming it's so mismanaged that employees constantly quit or call out.I once overheard a woman with a respiratory disorder complain that it's been a week since the pharmacy promised to fill her medication and that she could no longer go a day without it. Decide for yourself whether it's worth your time and energy going into this dump.

Terrible store. Disorganized and dirty. Insanely long line to get out. Understaffed. Everything you need will be under a lock. They have an asset protecting cop standing guard now. Nobody likes shopping here.

When you need something out of a locked case, expect to wait forever and a day for customer service to show up with a key.

This is the by far worst service ever. I called all day to see if my medication was ready to be picked up, but got a recording stating that there are more than 3 callers ahead. Waited 40 minutes before I got fed up and hung up. So I went to the store. When I got to the store there were long lines while the technicians are talking and hanging out behind the counter talking about their personal lives and the phones were not even ringing. I tried to get a body wash but had to press the customer service button and the representative took 10 minutes to assist me. There got to be a better system .This is the reason why ppl shop on Amazon and get their prescriptions through mail order .

If you schedule a COVID booster this location is horrible! My wife had an 11:30 am appointment and was there for an hour and a half. As soon as she completed the paperwork the vaccinator went out for lunch and made 12 people wait an hour for his return. I had the exact same experience and was there for over an hour. Maybe you’ll have better luck with an afternoon appointment but I suspect that they’ll be backed up due to the morning delay!

Christ almighty. It’s a week that I call 2-3x a day to speak to a pharm worker about the cost of a script and they are always “more than three callers ahead”. I’ve been there in person. It’s not THAT busy, these jerkoffs just don’t want to answer the phone.

The pharmacy department is terrible with customer service and communication . They don’t answer the phones. You can call and be standing right there the phone doesn’t even ring, nothing . They’re just behind there talking. They don’t take lunch on time and expect for you to wait beyond time posted . No communication as if people don’t need their medication … this isn’t retail this peoples lives and medicine is a necessity.

I like the pharmacist here but I have stopped going here for regular drug store items because the inventory is unreliable, so much of it is locked up, and it is very difficult to find someone to help you. If you are shopping for multiple items, you basically have to get someone to go around with you and unlock each item. I do understand that they suffer from some theft here -- I was once witness to an incident where someone came in a grabbed a bunch of stuff (unlocked grocery type items) and ran out the door. Maybe if they had more staff this wouldn't be as much of a problem.
