The lady with grey hair is absolutely annoying. Makes me want to switch where I shop.
My experience with this location has always been tragic. The Express Pick Up Line for the pharmacy is not express. You can download the Walgreens app, pay in advance, and you will STILL have to wait because there is always ONE person working the check out and their system is almost always down or they start late because of an emergency so even if your medication is “ready” via the app the store representatives will tell you otherwise.There is pretty much almost always an issue, whether it be a line, or an incredibly long wait or, general staff are not highly communicative. Additionally, their signage is wrong. As of March 31st, 2021 the store’s signage stated covid19 vaccines were not available at this location however the clerk at the pharmacy asked if we were here for a vaccine. They need to do better overall but the location is always clean and airy so that’s one perk.

The pharmacy here is by far the rudest people I ever felt with. The Pharmacist was great but her stuff are straight up nasty. If you can find another location to fill your subscriptions. STAY AWAY!!!!!

There is definitely a lack of customer service, there’s a new employee at this Duane reade that looks upset every time I go in there, she’s rude and never responds when anyone says thank you, she’s definitely not a people person and should probably change jobs.

I picked up some photographs I had printed out from the store. It only took a minute for the customer rep to handle my needs which was great but it’s only because they saw me by the counter. Otherwise, not one employee was behind a register...
Excellent customer Service, perfect location with lots of parking. The staff is very patient and always willing to help. Mr. Ronald (pharmacy dept). went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!
went to urgent care nearby for inner ear pain and who transferred a script for immediate processing at 7:30am to this DR/WALGREEN location at 2265 Ralph Avenue, Brooklyn, NY...walked there to give them time to fill script...only to learn by the sole cashier that the pharmacy opens at 9am...i do not believe that they have a PHARMACY has no pharmacists on staff as soon as the location is opened...but they have a cashier present at their 7am opening...totally ridiculous...almost should read supermarket open but not for your prescriptions...
