Crystal is amazing! And I would go back just for her and the experience she gave my friend and I. I cannot recommend her enough. If you ever stop by, she is the best.

Courtney is the Best of her kind! Knowledgeable, Kind, Professional and Extremely helpful. I’m forever hooked on brand and store! Go visit store!!

Let me first say, DO NOT visit this store if you are looking for a positive experience. I was very well underdressed on my day off to purchase a gift for a friend’s housewarming and the experience was NOT spectacular and rather more, embarrassing and disgusting thanks to the staff and the store manager, Courtney. I was interested In purchasing a NY candle for a friend who just moved here from Chicago. As I walked in, I wasn’t greeted but figured the staff was busy so I didn’t pay no mind to it. As I began assisting myself to the scents of the candles, I was asked to sanitized my hands by a worker near the entry way and to inform the staff if I needed to touch a candle to be shown a scent (meanwhile other customers were freely allowed to touch the candles). I continued showing interest and the store manager l, Courtney, asked me to please wait to touch other candles and that it was their policy. I gathered her name when another associate asked for her in the moment. I complied but then she continued to follow me from the candles to the diffusers and then the fragrances, as If I was going to steal something. I was really interested in purchasing the Do Son EDP for myself as I know it’s a popular scent and something I’ve been wanting since I’ve visited other stores in the NY area and the SM Courtney continued to make me feel like I couldn’t afford it with her consistently holding the bottle and not letting me see the imagery on the bottle. She kept telling me what the return policy was and kept telling her team passing by that she “got it”…..I was truly offended by the behavior. I had to purchase regardless since I came for a gift. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted my candle wrapped as I had seen it behind their cash wrap or offered any samples that I seen them give to the female client prior to me. I don’t give my name in the profile, and Courtney made me feel like I had to! Even though I know it is an option provided to clients. As someone who works in Law, this is extremely unfortunate. I think this brand has gone downhill from the past few months. If you’re going to hire managers who are ignorant and unprofessional, perhaps you need to think of rethink your hiring process and your brands integrity.

This is a winning team!! Courtney and crew consistently outdo themselves with each order i place. I am pleased beyond measure, with my orders. It's so exciting to try different scents and I've not been let down once. If you're looking for quality and consistency, this is the boutique in which to shop! ?

Gabby was so kind and sweet! She was so knowledgeable about the history of the company, the new products, the strengths of different fragrances, and the various notes that went into each fragrance. I loved having her be the person to greet me and show me around the store!

Don't go if you're BLACK.I visited the store looking for a new scent, but had nothing particular in mind. I was dressed casually and immediately felt judged by one short woman with dark hair of non color. She smirked whence I chose to smell each Parfum to find one that resonated with my scent vibes. As I shopped, she proceeded to take pictures on her cell phone in every area I searched.... as if she was not profiling. It got to the point that I asked if my potential purchase was in the way of her taking pictures, as she purposefully blocked me, like stood in my way, as I smelled each bottle. I generally expect customer service workers not to get in the way of potential customers who are spending money in an establishment, rather service them and give them space. Nevertheless, Jordan, who was obviously new and whom her coworkers probably thought would not get a sale from me, was sent over. Though she needs more work on her scent descriptors of head, heart and base, she was readily available. Overall, my visit was uncomfortable. I did find what I wanted and spent $200+ on one bottle of what suited my taste, but I will never return. When you're black, and store workers are white, they treat you weird, follow you and assume you can't afford anything, when really, you just want a decent shopping experience. I would have spent more time and money there if the environment was more welcoming, but it was not. If I had done business with the short dark haired woman who profiled me, I would NOT have bought the bottle. Jordan was as helpful as she could have been and I actually liked the scent. But NEVER again.

Terrible customer service. The manager made me feel like I was doing something illegal for returning a perfume that was unopened within the return window. She was a blonde woman. Never ever going back into this store and I plan to call corporate to get a full refund because of the way I was treated. She treated others in the store very differently and as a black woman I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable.

Best smells ever!

Gabby was great. She described each scent family perfectly and really knew the Diptyque brand. I found the perfect candle Chene because I love woodsy & smoky. I will try the 3 perfume samples next before going with a bottle! Great location

Courtney is awesome! I enjoyed being in the store ??
