Asked the barista if they had iced coffee other than cold brew. He said no. I ordered a cascara, assuming it would be hot. He served me the sparkling cascara, which I’ve discovered is on the online menu but was not on the menu displayed here. I did not ask for sparkling and the drink was terrible. Spent 5 minutes trying to figure out what I was drinking before I realized I had been misunderstood. Anyways the plants were cute but the store was full of yuppies. Will not be returning.
Espresso shot was served promptly. Unfortunately it was without body and balance, so I cannot recommend this place.
Ambiance is chill and relaxing with the salsa music playing throughout the cafe. Drinks and pastries are top notch.

Place is super cute but the service was not good at allWaited a half hour for an American and a latte. They first made it but gave to someone that came after we did (already having waited a half hour for it) so we had to wait even longer for him to make it again. Me and my husband came here cuz we love the coffee. But the 2 guys that were behind counter we were very disappointed with.
Coffee was alright but service was so unfriendly and uninterested in their customers. More interested in talking to each other as opposed to the customer - no greetings at all. I went to the one 20th st in NYC Saturday 15th around 1pm.
Amazing coffee, first time having an espresso that had the perfect balance between bright and earthy. Thoroughly enjoyed myself sipping on great coffee in an aesthetically pleasing and relaxing space.
Loved the good quality coffee, friendly staff, fast service, calming ambience, and comfortable, clean space to enjoy their coffee and the pastries. Cheered their checking vaccination proof to ensure a safe environment for everyone. And liked that they are pet friendly.
Their espresso is amazing and it is a beautiful location for working, reading, or catching up with friends. They also have decaf!
Standard coffee for a shop of this caliber, fresh patisserie, slayer espresso machine & great interior design. Also, a comfortable leather furniture selection with thonet chairs A+, a proper NYC third-wave coffee shop (and chain). The other BK location is bigger and still number one but this is a well executed extension of brand. One point against the shop is they aren’t serving in glass yet because of COVID but I didn’t want to take away a star for that.
