Horible servicio! Llegamos a las 7:30. Online dice que cierran a las 9. La mujer atendiendo que estaba ocupada con otras cosas dijo que todo estaba apagado pero las maquinas estaban prendidas. Para que tienen negocio si no van a atender los clientes?? Nunca regresare...Horrible customer service! I called ahead and asked what time they closed, drove 30 minutes to get there and when I arrive at 7:28 the woman behind the counter had the nerve to tell me they were closed. I told her we drove 30 min to get there and online it says they close at 9. She said the machines were all turned off but you can clearly see them on. Never going back again. Trash customer service.
The staff are nice and the food was decent. I had the salmon and cream cheese crepe. It was nicely presented and tasted ok but the service was super slow. I was on my lunch break from the hospital and I barely had time to eat because of how long it took for my food to be ready. There were two employees working that day and the restaurant didn't seem too busy. Maybe one of the employees was new and still being trained? I was wondering why both employees were working together on each order instead of working on one order each at the same time, which would have sped things up. I hope they improve in the future.

Terrible customer service. I went in and ordered two crepes. I waited more than 30 mins without any update ? I asked them how much longer because it’s been a long time and they shrug their shoulder and rudely tell me that they had a big order. That’s not how you treat your customers especially when it’s their fault that they took so long and didn’t even bother to apologize or communicate that with me. I asked for a refund because at this point we realized they haven’t even started our order and they declined it saying that the manager isn’t there. I will never return to this place.
