Mediocre service and unwelcoming attitudes. My bf and I walked in and placed a to go order for two simple crepes. We waited 20+ minutes for our crepes. While we were waiting, numerous delivery people showed up to pick up to go orders. In my opinion, in person customers should be given priority over Uber Eats/Seamless customers. The crepe itself was good, but the Bay Ridge location has better and faster service and yummier crepes.
I came here for my lunch break. I work very close, after they charged me for my take out order, they told me to wait 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. 2 employee working and one is in break right there next to a customer. Not a nice move. I wish they could have told me before they charge me, so I could have left at least.

I use to come almost every week to get crepes , my wife loves them , I met the owner once very nice lady . However this past two times I’ve called in advance about 15-20 minutes to order in advance when I got to the place they haven’t even start making them and when asked why?? they said they have to serve walk ins first. With an attitude as a business owner I will suggest to check on staff as they are making some of us (frequent clients) walk away .
They have a halal logo outside. Yummy crepes.
Horrible experience, the lady in the photo was extremely disrespectful and rude, I placed an order and was told 15 mins for a Nutella strawberry crepe ( which I didn’t mind at all) but I noticed how rude she was to other customer so I asked her for her name as I often write reviews and she stated she would tell me her name so I took a photo and she then got extremely upset and refused to give me my order after I wait 20 mins. This is unacceptable and heartbreaking that I could get my daughter a crepe. I was a loyal customer here and unless someone in charge reaches out I or my friends and family (including officers across the street will not return) it is such a shame because during these times (Covid) we should all be United. Instead you hire people like this that that your business your lively hood for granted. On time of it she didn’t even have her masks on it’s horrible and someone she honestly step up and hire people that like where and who they work for. It’s a slap in the face for the owners of this shop. Great crepes HORRIBLE SERVICE.
I found this spot at work..I get the usual bit the usual is all I need..I love crepes and this spot does it well.

Crepes are amazing but the service is poor. The lady in charge is very rude and bad attitude. It's a shame for such a nice place to hire people like that
Great crepes and desserts. Smoothies are a little bland with little or no added sugar, of that's your thing. Strongly recommend for a dessert stop after food in the area.
