Nice building for a Cold Stone Creamery. Been years since I had it. It was almost as good as I remember. Not sure but the flavors weren’t as pronounced as they used to be… Then a bunch of trash was on the floor in the store and ice cream stains on the table, which before arriving there weren’t many guests and someone could’ve cleaned that up. Felt gross having to sit in the trash to be honest. But otherwise our ice creams were made well; melted a little quick but all in all a nice visit. Tasty ? . The staff was friendly and efficient with quick service. A nice treat before or after a movie next door. And there is parking.
I hope the manager or supervisor reads this.I genuinely appreciate The staff his name is “Ali”. He was very courteous, patient and kind. He gave my daughter marshmallows and they all fell off and he took his time to stick them into the ice cream. I believe he is a true example of what all staff should envision themselves and holds the true standard of a cold stone employee.Thank you.
Worth the wait Everytime; friendly attentive staff, delicious flavors, nice variety. Would love to see coconut ice cream on the menu.
Had a small, Oreo and chocolate icecream...very good
The worst experience. It's a no for me. The ice cream was as soft as having a milkshake

Ice cream is great and prepared well and fast. Staff is attentive and takes care in what customers ask for. Line is always super long, ordering online is great but I do like to see my creation being made, lol.
Was very busy, the line was long and they did a good job going through the line, Ice cream itself is great, lots of topping options and I recommend the waffle bowls
Lines are long sometimes when you go on like Fridays or some popular day but employees work very hard and do very good at their job :)
