I’m only gonna give one start because I went and bought two ice cream and they gave me an empty cup of ice cream instead of a 7.99 they gave me a 699 which they put it inside in another box and both of them are empty the employer there they are very bad

I would like to say that the service provided by the staff here is exceptional! I usually don’t go in very often but the host Kyle remembered not just my name but my order as well! (Which by the way he helped me decide on, his love for the brand is genuine so he’s truly able to make expert recommendations) I’ve grown to love just the experience of being in the store so much that it’s now my happy place. Last week my co workers went in to get ice cream after hearing me rave about the service and they told me how helpful Kyle was to them as they were so indecisive with all the amazing choices. They told me he was not only patient and helpful but most importantly very knowledgeable about all the flavors and so descriptive about the tastes, that it made it easy for them to decide. This young man is a great asset to your company.
Waited at the online order pickup for more than 10 minutes and nobody helped me even though I had a cake ordered and ready.
All their ice creams are different and have a unique taste, the only problem is that it’s a little too expensive
You can smell the sugar a mile away. Come here for a big sugary ice cream treat and you will leave satisfied with a full stomach.

Really good ice cream and the location is great if you wanna stop by and get some ice cream while you're shopping, the worker who made my ice cream didn't mix in the ingredients that well but I don't blame that on the store, overall great experience and great ice cream
