The shaded patio is beautiful, the food is excellent, and the staff is great. This time I did the tasting menu with a glass of wine but next time I will be sure to try the curated mezcal flight. Truly, what's not to love? Just be careful with the thin cloth napkins--I had a little bit of a mole disaster.
The best part of the meal was definitely the mole rojo. Highly recommend. The meat was really tender.
Special birthday treat....what a sweet surprise. Four-course meal. So many delicious choices. Enjoyed every bite. Waitress was great too!
Great food and excellent service and awesome vibe. We thought that all of the food was really good but we especially liked the pea tostada, the chilaquiles, the chicken mole, and the churros. It seems like they had lots of mezcal (which we weren't able to try).
If I could I would give Claro a 4.9. Service was fantastic, starter was amazing. My friend's main was excellent but my Mole main wasn't very exciting. Deserts were great and the Mezcal selection was very impressive. Overall it was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!
Wonderful food, wonderful service. There is really not much more that needs to be said. Impeccable really. Curated cocktails really compliment the meal. Go for a tequila flight. The only thing that puts it down a star is the space. For a M-Starred restaurant it is crowded and a little lacking on the decor (plus one shared bathroom?!). Maybe they’re going for a neighborhood feel but I could sit in a better space for the money.
Excellent dining experience! The ambiance is quite laid-back, almost casual, but the service is good and the food is delicious. The flavors and textures are familiar (or familiar with a small twist), but just that little bit deeper, sharper, crisper than what you get elsewhere. On the current menu I'd definitely recommend the scallop starter and barbacoa tacos.
Super creative recipes and platting, with respect for tradition. Service was smart. Ambiance was relaxed yet elevated. A flavor parade, a delightful escape. All gluten free. I can't wait to take everyone I care about here.
Amazing Michelin star experience. Dinner is a four course meal with a few options per course. Every course had vegetarian options. The wagyu tacos and the mole Rojo were standouts. We also tried some Mezcal flights, which were fantastic. The desert was sublime, the chocolate mole cake was my personal favorite. Highly recommend!
If I could, I'd give Claro six stars. It's that good!We arrived for an early brunch. Was wonderful, had an amazing date over there, probably now my favorite Mexican restaurant so far ! Delicious food, very sophisticated. (Hard work for sure behind, in the kitchen but also at the bar) delicious drink as well.Highly recommend !!
