My husband picked up lunch from here while in the area. He ordered escovitch fish, rice and peas and steamed cabbage. He could not finish his meal. It was that disappointing.The rice was undercooked and the fish was overcooked and dry. The only thing edible was the cabbage. What a waste of money. We do not recommend.
Most nasty Caribbean food I have ever had!! Ordered BBQ chicken with steamed vegetables and two orders of plantains… the chicken and plantains had this disgusting musty taste that I had to drink a soda to wash the taste away. They skimped me on plantains, The rice was dry and the vegetables had no taste like ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️ Just why??? Whoever behind that kitchen is bad at cooking period
Food is trash i had stew chicken it taste like vinegar the rice has no flavor highly disappointed!

Idk what these other reviews are saying. The jerk chicken was bomb and the curry goat was good too. Also cant beat the prices. I do not cook that much, this place is about to become part of my weekly diet.
Counter staff polite. Been eating here since it has opened. We purchased 4 meals & 4 patties. The food was off. Too heavy laden with vinegar.
I just ate the nastiest Caribbean food in Brooklyn. I ordered curry chicken and I got more bones than chicken. What a waste of money? Should have went to Sugarcane on Flatbush. I hate when nasty food arrives from Uber Eats.
