Went to Chloe’s for the first time.I give them a 3 star because the food was okay. I got there at 9pm and the security guard at the door asked me to pay $20 to get in , I said I didn’t know I had to pay to go have dinner with my family, when he saw that I was walking away with my mom ,and cousin he called us to come back. I think that was ridiculous for a restaurant to ask people to pay just to go in. I dnt normally go to Haitian restaurant because, their customer service is so bad. I’m in town, and wanted to spend time with my Mom I know she would enjoy our cultural food better than American food that was the only reason I go there. The food was good but customer service was not great I tipped the waitress well because, she was pleasant. She did not ask once if the food was okay, she also got my Mom order wrong brought the source on the table. And we had to wait 30mins for the wrong rice to come. I only went their because of my mother if it’s for me they will not see me again. This place is way to loud, and needs better customer service, and please stop asking people to pay just to go eat. If you have a club fine but do not identify yourself as a restaurant, and than asking for people to pay just to go inside your restaurant. Not everyone wants to party some people just want to enjoy dinner with their love ones. It was 9pm that music does not need to be this loud ridiculous. And the plantains was over cooked by the way. I ate everything but the fry plantain the good food is not enough for me to go back. Needs better customer service for me, and to loud.

If I could give zero stars I would. My friend and I went here last week and I can honestly say I’m extremely disappointed. Not only was the service horrible, my salmon was completely burnt and my friend’s food was no where near what he ordered. When the waitress brought out our food I looked at my plate and immediately thought my salmon was ribs or something different because it couldn’t have been salmon so badly burned that they’re serving to people. It was almost like they told eachother to just make sure the presentation of the plate was pretty enough to distraction from the burning aroma and taste. Next, my friend ordered curry shrimp with white rice and got chicken. After we told the waitress he didn’t ask for chicken she got upset and insisted that she did not mess up the order and it was our fault.. which is weird but ok. Definitely will not be returning.

The food here is good. Ordered the jerk chicken and plantains. They make the food fresh, so expect to wait and easy 20 minutes. Has a nice atmosphere and good tunes. Will go again.

Food, atmosphere n people were so dope..

The place is very clean and well put together,The service is ZERO, (and if I could go lower I would) out of 10! My waitress was checking in on her kids at the table next to me, more than she checked on me. I waited about 20 mins for water that I never and I just wanted to place my order already and then waited about an HOUR for my food. I wish I knew I knew the servers name, I asked her how much longer for the food and she got upset with me lol!The food was really good though but I got treated horribly!

My business partner and I, attempted to have dinner at this establishment. The hostess greeted us and ask if we preferred to be seated at the front or the back of the restaurant. We opted for the back.As we were trying to get situated, a woman began screaming from across the room that she needed to see our ID and vaccination card. In the same breath, she asked if we were doing hookah. We told her no, and she stated, we needed to be seated at the front part of the restaurant as people do not like the smell of hookah in their food.My issue, is the way we were approached. This woman should have approach us like a professional and not like an inpatient toddler. She also made a lot of assumptions instead of asking the right questions.I want to be very clear, that we did not have an issue with this establishment's rules. Our issue, is how we were approached. The way the staff was screaming from across the room in front of other customers was unacceptable.At any rate, we kindly left and took our money to Suede, where the staff was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious.

I used to love the food here. Prices have gone up everywhere, so I won't complain about prices. However, I will complain about the quantity and quality. We're paying more but getting much less. Many times food was missing or damn near burnt. I stopped ordering food from here. It is a waste. I love supporting my people, but give me what I paid for.

The prices have increased which is fine due to the nature of the economy, however, the food quantity has decreased. $24 for an order of rice and beans and 5 pieces of tassost is completely unacceptable.No plantain, not even a little slide salad.Today will be the last time I patronize this business.Very unfortunate.

Customer service is trash don't call them cuz you won't get them it's like thy deal with regulars better than new customer's. And when you order make sure you check on your food because thy won't call on till your food is cold. Friday's are worst. I like the roasta pasta n lobster with shrimp. That my reason for going back.
