Horrible experience with them .I ordered a cake a week before and it was confirmed. Came to pick it up and they forgot to make it .They made me wait for an hour to make a new cake and then wanted to charge me double the price that was given to me when I placed the order.The owner is very rude , don’t know how he is still in business being so nasty to clients .Instead of trying to solve the situation which thier store made a mistake, he wanted me to pay double the price and was screaming at me .
Excuse me u were not there and do not know the exchange of words. It was a very peaceful convo. I am an immigrant myself and I in no way would do that. R u really the owner ?
Rude customer service, especially the owner .They made a mistake and send me the wrong cake , when I called them to let them know I have even given the wrong cake , the owner was screaming at me and blaming me .I would never order from them again.

Everything is great I went into the store for the first time and I got crazy seeing so many things there the bread the pastries everything was great too bad that I live in Staten Island and we don’t have a bakery like this here but when I go to Brooklyn I go to the bakery to get some things and take home thank you
