Why can't Brooklyn ever get our outpost of a place that is consistent everywhere else right? My fiance ordered dinner to her job to bring home to us because our home is too far for delivery but her job is not. The order was pretty simple. Two meals, an order of tenders and two cheese sauces. When she received the order she checked it and one of the meals was missing a sandwich. She contacted uber eats who credited us the price of one sandwich which is not what we wanted, we wanted our food. So now one of us didn't have a sandwich. A little bit later when she got home we opened up the sandwich they did send and there was mold on the bun. We contacted uber eats again and was credited for the second sandwich. We really should have been fully refunded. If I hadn't looked at it before biting into it I would have eaten food that had gone bad. I love Chick-fil-A and wish they could get it right. We had to order a second dinner from a different establishment. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
I love buying Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwiches and Ice cream and Vanilla Shakes and Brownies it's the best meal and sweets you will have hands down! But it's very pricey! The employees staff is awesome, They make sure you leave satisfied!
Really appreciate how this store went out of there way to make a bad situation right. There application messed up a rewards redemption and they still gave me a free nugget and sandwich. Hats off and may thanks for being a class act, especially when it was not your fault. Kindness still counts :)
Love this location.I always place a mobile order and pickup is easy, better than McDonalds app where you must manually check-in, The CFA app checks in automatically once your at the Barclay's Center..This was the old Air Jordan Store powered by Footaction..in 2015.
Better than other fast food places like McDonald's, but still somewhat overpriced for the portion size. The chicken tenders are quite small and not worth the price. The chicken sandwiches have too much bun compared to the chicken within. The mac n cheese is good but overpriced. There is a friendly staff at this location on Flatbush Avenue though.
Excellent Chicken Deluxe burger paired with waffle fries! Great place to go right after a Nets game from Barclay's.
I ordered from the location across from the Barclays center on flatbush ave. I guess it's normal practice for a chain restaurant to have give the option for a customer to notify the store upon arrival for pickup then have them waiting over 30 minutes additional to the time frame given. I got the text saying the order was ready. Went in the store multiple times the representative by the door, had a snappy attitude and Then to give me a incomplete order. Whats the problem honestly. I ordered 30 piece nuggets but got 22 nuggets, 6 piece cookies and what was supposed to 12 brownies is 6 brownies that looks like half was eaten by whomever prepared the order. Yet they are to busy to answer the phone or to contact a customer after contacting customer serviceand trying to reach out to the store multiple times after taking the customers money. That's the disrespect, that makes brands lose customers and today is that day .
This place is right across the street from Brooklyn's Barclay Center. It's a huge attraction for homeless people, street vendors, school students and gang members just hanging out in and at the front of the establishment. The staff here is so overwhelmed and not well trained. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food and they forgot to put two things in my bag that I paid for.
So I used there app for the first time made an order while 3 minutes away but on arrival I was able to pick up my food. Greeted with a smile and offered my sauce. While waiting I made another order and within minutes I was out the door. Their food is also amazing definitely my favorite spot to grab fast food.
It was my first time using the app. It says 3-5 minutes after I arrive. It took me 40 minutes to pick up a kids meal and a salad. The manager there won't even allow my 4 year old kid sit and wait. He didnt care how long I waited and said she can't sit there. Adding insult to injury, the order was missing the 5pcs nuggets and milk. I wouldn't have ordered if the app didn't lie about waiting time. I went back for the nuggets and the manager didn't even apologize. The whole experience was just terrible. Uninstalling the stupid app. The Shake Shack next door had my order ready in 15 minutes and the food is better.
