Terrible food. No salt or any taste. Very bland food. Just a bad restaurant with a great view and a pricy menu. I got the herbed Cauliflower, terrible, costs $24, not worth even $2. I could have had steamed cauliflower with salt and pepper and it would have tasted better than this. Pathetic. My friend got the chicken main, that didn’t have any salt, the chicken was more drier than the Atacama desert!
Indoor/outdoor dining is available. A restaurant in Brooklyn near the water with a great view. A little upscale. The drinks & food were okay. The dinner menu was very limited. I do recommend getting the appetizer platter with the pita bread.
The restaurant is located right on the water with a great view of the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge. The dips are amazing and a must-order. I thought some dishes had small portions. I ordered the chicken which had a good portion though. Drinks took a while to come out, but I’ll attribute that to being a Friday night. Our waitress was sufficient. Not horrible, but not outstanding either. She was very hands-off which I actually liked but lackluster overall. Another minor negative is that the constant subway noise can be loud depending on where you’re seated, but that view is unbeatable!
great views & yummy cocktails. the trout is tasty, but a bit underwhelming
5 stars for the food, service, views, atmosphere/vibes. Can’t recommend highly enough! Would recommend to sit in one of the booths bc they are super comfy. Get the labneh yogurt dip and the flatbread for sure.
HIDDEN CHARGE: flatbread. There is no description of the charge for flatbread. There is a separate price for mezze which includes four dips and a separate charge for flatbread to eat the mezze with. This is a deceitful tactic to up charge customers. A wonderful, and casual last minute dinner spot. The bar menu can certainly be revamped as current drinks were decent, but lacked something to justify its $20 price tag. Seeing the hidden cost ruined the dinner. The dining atmosphere is fairly loud as tables are very close together, not exaggerating, less than 2 feet between each adjacent table. Windows are floor to ceiling, so the view is wonderful. The wagyu is very salty and overpowered from the paste that is on top of it. The grilled leeks were wonderful. The branzino was dry and salty. Without the views, this is a 2 star dinner. Service is spotty as we received our mains before the table next to us, which was seated before our table.
The views of the bridges and Manhattan from the restaurant were spectacular.I booked a table for 5:45 pm on a weekday and as I arrived there weren’t many people there, but as soon as it started to get darker outside people started coming and by 7-8 pm there was a full house. Food was delicious, and even though the menu isn’t that big, I still couldn’t decide what to choose; service was also top notch, the waiter never stopped going back and forth to please everyone. Before going there I read the reviews, people wrote that the tables were located close to each other; it's true, you are sitting and literally a meter away from you other people are sitting. Overall, I got a good impression of the restaurant. Would I go there again? More likely yes than no.
We came here for a birthday dinner and our experience was spectacular. The food was absolutely delicious (everyone cleared each plate) with good size portions, the drinks were good, the view of Manhattan and the water was awesome too. Our waitresses Lou was very kind and attentive- top notch service all around. Definitely going back :)
Was a member of a semi-private event. Pre-paid for unlimited food and cocktails from a select menu. The best flatbread I've ever had. And staff and kitchen were very very accommodating to dietary needs.
The views are amazing, and the food was great. Our server was awesome. Great place for a date night, imho
