I've been hesitant to return after a negative customer service experience during my first visit, but the food is just so good here, and it's really the only place I can think of with oysters in Bay Ridge. This time, the customer service was great!Complimentary Bread- The focaccia was warm and chunky. The sauce was alright, but the bread was tasty on its own.Ruby Soho- Pretty strong. I usually like my drinks sweeter. ($16)Eastpoint Oyster Long Island- Some of the best oysters I've ever had. Loved the presentation and taste so much. They came with horseradish, mignonette sauce, cocktail sauce, hot sauce, and lemon. I really appreciate that because most places I've been to only serve 2-3 of the toppings they offer here. ($3.50 each)Chicken Lollipop Wings- Delicious, but a bit too saucy. It was overwhelming toward the end. ($16)French Fries- Decent, not as crispy as I prefer. I like that they were served with ketchup and garlic mayo. ($9)Lavender Panna Cotta- Okay, but underwhelming. ($10)I would probably go back for a dozen oysters and to try other dishes next time.
Update: We went here for Sunday brunch and tried the challah French toast with mixed berries, mascarpone mousse, and Vermont maple syrup. It was amazing! This was some of the best French toast I've had. I look forward to introducing this restaurant to my friends when they come to visit.We went here on a Saturday night on a whim having moved to the neighborhood five months ago and wanting a change from our usual Saturday night pizza. The restaurant offered impeccable service and the food was delicious. We started with the cheese platter. We also tried the shrimp tempura, hamburger, and cheesecake. The hamburger checked all the boxes and was one of the best we’ve tried in the city. I didn’t try the cheesecake, but my boyfriend loved it. We can’t wait to visit again.

A great place to have an event. The bar area is very spacious and they provide very good bar foods. We had the chicken wings, burgers, tuna tartare and vegetable rolls. Atmosphere is top notch!
Service was super fast for a busy Saturday night and the food . Everything was amazing definitely be back. Nobody can complain on the prices when the quality is good ?

Changed my review from 5 stars to 1 ! This place was my go to but recently the the brunch menu has changed there is no more breakfast items and I feel the drinks have gotten more expensive. Real disappointed with the quality of food.
Best restaurant in the neighborhood. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and the food has been of exceptional quality every time I’ve been here - and I don’t think I can say that of any other restaurant I’ve been to! Intimate dinners, birthday dinners, brunch - they do all things well at Cebu. Great service, incredible food, fun cocktails.
Cebu is my favorite spot in Bay Ridge/Brooklyn. The ambiance is great for a datenight, a girls night, a romantic fun night out, and with their brunch menu, you can really go any time of day. Service is impeccable, drinks and food are lovely, you definitely get great quality for the price.
