Went with my family after lunch rush, so there was few options remaining. We were the only people in line, but there were workers just standing around and no one wanted to take our order. When we did order, every other option was missing, and the place was messy. The icing on the cake was when the cashier with red streaks in her hair, rung up two drinks instead of one. When I asked for a refund, she threw the nastiest look and just walked away. I was so confused. Another worker came to finish the refund. The food was really good, but the customer service sucked.

The food is amazing.. but avoid visiting during the hours of 12-2pm… the lines are insane at that time!

The Adams location gets one star due to their lack of consistency with delivering customer's food. I'm a regular at this place and (yes the food is delicious) but my orders are consistently missing items and they never pack utensils. I'm about fed yup with the employees over there. How hard is it to fill one-two items?!!

Food is great. No complaints about it. Food service is a toss up. Half the time I go the staff is friendly but the other times the staff clearly wish they were somewhere else. It is very popular and can get very busy for lunch hours so I understand how the work can get hectic, but some staff just make the extra effort to be unpleasant.

Don't eat here. I did a mobile order and got the lamb with the strawberry citrus. They did not have any juice on site. But they still thought it would be ok to put a soda cup into the bag. I don't drink soda, it is not an adequate substitute. Then I get back to my desk to unwrap a messy pita that is too soggy to hold. The lamb wasn't even warm.

Have been here twice. The service is really erratic. Servers don’t know the recipes on their menu and they served me a falafel pita that looked like it was designed by Jackson Pollack. Don’t know why the server thought this much sauce was ok.

Clean, decent price, fast service and excellent customer service. A simple Good Morning and/or Good afternoon as you entered the store really creates a good environment and the staff definitely brought into that environment. I don't really give 5 stars but I was pleased with my overall experience.

The food is decent here but one of my favorite things is the sweet potatoes. Three times now I have gotten raw/undercooked potatoes. This time they are raw and burnt somehow all at once. I didn’t know that was even possible lol.

If this place is located in New York City I think yes I was there I had a chicken sandwich. It was delicious very good and careful what I eat and a mayonnaise was just ride was over too much just like the Santa's real nice my daughter had the pizza all

They tend to forget toppings. I really like their bowls, but it happens several times when I picked up my bowl and there were missing toppings (see the picture attached: no free pita, no pita crisps included). Moreover, the app never works. The food is great, the logistics need to improve.
