Not a big fan of Carvel in general but this location is amazing. Friendly staff always welcome me. I see that guys really enjoy their job, not just staying there from 9 to 5 and on many other big chains.Great people, good ice cream

By far the best customer service I've received at any Carvel. I walked in knowing I wanted a scoop of ice cream but I hadn't made up my mind about which flavor I wanted. One of the employees attended me and had me sample the flavors I was interested in. Very patient, very kind, very communicative. It's my go-to carvel location now ? thank you for introducing me to the Tony special!
