My family and I have been going to this Carvel since the early 2000s and it use to be great. We went in today and it was an absolute disaster. We are highly disappointed with the customer service and quality of the ice cream. I had to repeat myself 5 times for two simple orders which was a kids cup and a regular cup of soft serve. The staff are rude and dont want to be bothered and there is a language barrier, as they dont understand a word you are saying . If you're in customer service you have to be able to communicate with people and they aren't able to do that. My daughters soft serve ice cream had chunks of funk it must be residue from the dirty soft serve machine. If they keep this up the health department will shut them down. Do not go here they are filthy and rude.
Quick service and their sweets are fresh, and free parking. But they don't deliver on holidays, you could get delivery only by online.

Horrible customer service false advertising they have a sign up that’s says buy a cake and get three snowman 1/2 percent off I bought the cake and they tell me that they gotta ask the boss starts talking in Chinese with the boss and tells me he can’t give them to me for half price it’s not about the money just the principle and the customer service does suck

Maybe they have new owners and if so it shows in the worst way! My family and I have been coming here since the early 2000s and never had any problems until recently. Our last two times here, a couple of weeks ago and last night, we’re just horrible. The Asian girl behind the counter was rude with a nasty attitude and completely inexperienced. In addition to the attitude, our orders were so rushed and sloppy and not to mention she really gave us the smallest portions possible. Our cups barely had enough ice cream to fill them and the toppings which we paid extra for were almost non existent. Not to mention, overall everything here is grossly overpriced. It’s sad to say after all of these years we will not be visiting this location any more. The owners need to better train their staff and teach them how to be respectful and polite.
Staff is great. A must stop if you’re in the area and craving ice cream.
