Placed a seamless order for delivery today expecting a 60-70 min delivery time. I live 10 blocks away so I called after 80 min and I think "danny" on the phone said they were pretty busy, and that the kitchen just started making my order. called 20 min later and danny tells me that the ticket never printed/lost the ticket, when 20 min prior told me my food was being made. Then tells me "since we don't have the ticket we're not making your food" then hangs up. I've lived here for close to 10 years and have never had that horrible of an ordering experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
large portions, amazing food and atmosphere (especially the backyard!) and dog friendly if you’re amenable to sitting outside. friendly and prompt service as well. highly recommend.
The service really needs to be worked on.It feels like I'm bothering them for a table and if I need anything further, it's easier to hail a cab.The food is very underwhelming.Just no identity. Is it authentic Mexican? No. Is it Tex Mex? No. Does it resemble Mexican food? I guess. No flavor. Not at all justified for the price. Sorry I tried to come here and give this place another chance.
Went there Friday night for some food. It was a busy night and i totally understand that sometimes you don’t get attended to right away. I was a server before so no worries. We stood at the door for a couple of minutes and 3 servers passed us without saying anything. I made eye contact with a server who had coloured hair and piercings and she literally rolled her eyes at me and ignored me. I smiled at her and said hey how’s it going but she just walked past me and didn’t say anything! There were even empty spots by the bar by the window and not one sever went up to us. So rude! I was even excited to go to this place. Don’t get why this place would hire servers this rude!
Superb tacos poppers and tacos, some of the best Tex Mexican food I’ve had in Brooklyn. But recommend to add desserts to the menu
I had the best tacos ever! The fried chicken tacos had a good amount of heat married with bacon and avocado along with fresh greens and radish. Lovely!
the huitlacoche quesadilla is great, but don’t get the bean burrito, it was mostly rice
Miss the old vibes of dim lighting. It used to be dark and more intimate. It was almost as if picking up your phone was taboo because of the excessive screen light.
The meat - both steak and chicken - are seasoned with way too much pepper. All I could taste was pepper and it overpowers the whole bowl. But everything else is good. Especially the jalapeño poppers.
Perfect Tex Mex restaurant. Food was delicious and so the ?!!! If you are in the area is highly recommended.
