Went their for the first time and wasn't disappointed. We ordered Jalapeno poppers (the BEST) and nachos.You need to try the Margaritas You need to try the margaritas. they were super delicious, My fav is Mango I love it!Love Calexico
Well the food here was QUITE good. Margaritas were also great. But the real standout was our waiter. This guy was the single best dude I’ve ever had wait on me. We were a mildly rowdy group of 6 at the big table in the back, and we had a 10/10 evening here.
Lunch time was great!!Everything was delicious and blew our expectations. Greats drinks the entire time. Bar tender was more than happy to craft a drink that wasn't on their menu.Shout out to Justina for taking care of us.
Fun atmosphere, fast service. I have had only the tacos here and most are very good and their passion fruit margarita is so flavorful!
I love the flavors that Calexico has to offer. The food is just so rich in seasoning and authenticity. The baja fish tacos are my fave can't get enough of those. My family often orders burritos and those are also very delicious. This is a great place to come to any time of the day.
The food was good the first time we ordered. For some reason, it was messed up this time. My quesadilla was cut in half and one half had filling, while the other was empty. I'm not much of a complainer but when I brought it to the attention of a staff member, I was basically told well what am I supposed to do. So I guess there is nothing else to do but write a poor review because "what am I supposed to do". This was also not a small take out order 60 dollars deserves a better response.
I like this place. The food is banging. The drinks are good, but today we had the pleasure of being seated in Naomi's section. She was cool AF. Maybe one of the best waitresses I've ever had, but beyond that you're lucky to have such a solid, woman working for you. After we left --we were about two blocks away, and I heard a panting person behind us, it was your award winning sprinting waitress running almost two city blocks, just to return my purse I accidentally left at Calexico. People like this are so rare in this World, treat her well. We love this Restaurant thank you so much Naomi. Not all heroes wear capes y'all, just every day people being decent, and cool human beings.
I used to be a fan of the hood gem, and I received a bad order once but decided to give them another chance. The second and last time that I get an order delivered that is cold, taste old as if it was cooked earlier, not fresh. I am sorry Calexico, you are losing this loyal customer.
One of the restaurants we missed when we moved away in 2015. Food was still excellent, especially their special sauce (RIP its former name, “crack sauce”), and their happy hour was money.
Amazing tacos! Also love the effort and thought they’ve put into the takeaway experience, the container had pads to soak up moisture so your food doesn’t get soggy!
